Stayed here twice during a family trip (coming and going). We're a family of 6 so having a three-bed option is crucial (one was a pull-out couch). My only complaint was that the bedding for the couch wasn't in the room either time and we had to go to the desk and request it. The staff was helpful in getting it, though. The WiFi worked well and breakfast was a nice selection (eggs, sausage, waffles (syrup and a blueberry compote), cereal, yogurt, fruit, and juice). The pool was good, but needed to have lightbulbs replaced.

This hotel was fabulous for the price and location. The rooms are very spacious and the staff was absolutely wonderful! My children wanted to stay longer because they enjoyed it a lot.

This property is not family oriented. They threatened to call the cops on my kids because they were having a nerf gun war. All of this was before 10pm. After we sent the kids up to the rooms to play PlayStation they tried saying that they heard them screaming and thumping. The thumping was coming from a room directly above the lobby and the screaming was a little kid screaming on the 1st floor. They were constantly starring at us when we were sitting in the lobby both days and making us feel uncomfortable. We will never stay here again next year when we come back for the tournament.

I have never been so dissatisfied with a hotel stay -- ever. I always stay in Marriott hotels -- Springhill Suites or Residence Inn's. I have never had a problem. This, however, was awful. I reserved three rooms, and stayed at this hotel because I was travelling with youth who were looking forward to swimming in the pool. The pool and the pool area were filthy -- so filthy that the kids would not even go in. The rooms were so noisy that it was impossible to fall asleep. It seemed like the walls to the outside were paper thin, because I could hear all of the highway noise. The other two rooms had similar issues. In my room, the wallpaper was peeling of fthe walls, especially in the shower area. The refrigerator ran all night and had never been defrosted, so it created a puddle on the floor, and the room smelled musty. Breakfast the next morning was lamentable, as the breakfast person arrived late and then only put out half of the items. I was scheduled to stay at this hotel on my return through the Pittsburgh area, but cancelled the reservation of three rooms that I had for July 28 to July 29. It was simply awful.

The room wasnt completely cleaned when we received it. There was hair in bathroom floor and when we went to fold out the couch bed for the kids there was trash behind it. Also called for housekeeping to come clean bathroom again and they never showed up. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the walls. It definitely needs an upgrade. The couch was all stained and needed replaced. So iwf you are just passi g through and these things sont matter to you than it may be ok. Otherwise maybe choose somewhere else.

Arrived late with family, HVAC was loud. Therefore, had to turn the AC off to get sleep. Location was excellent for the stay.

We arrived and the lady at the front desk was amazing. Past that everything went down hill. Got to our room that was not very clean. Stains all over the floor and walls. Went to shower and the shower wouldn’t drain. Went to the desk to ask for a different room as we had sleeping kids. The guy told me no and insisted he brings maintenance into the room with my sleeping kids. So we did it and he didn’t fix it. Ended up going to a different room. That room was cleaner and the shower drained. Still could tell they lacked in the cleaning department and maintenance department. Got checked out and now have a 420 dollar pending charge on my credit card account. Went and talked to them said it will be taken off and to call if it doesn’t. Every other place I’ve stayed only put a 50 dollar charge on there. But overall the customer service was not good at all. The lady that checked us in was great and that’s about it.

This used to me and my family favorite place to stay when i came back home to visit. I'm sad to say I will not be returning. The staff was rude, the room was dirty. Was not worth $ 144 a night. I'm very upset. Over charged me for a Motel disguise as a Hotel. I don't know if its new management or what but I never had these problems before. I don't know if its Expedia or the Hotel fault. But if I book a room for a certain price thats what I expect to pay. Don't raise the price when I get there and I'm 500 miles away from home.

Disappointed all the way around here. Check in was disappointing. The front desk made it seem I was inconveniencing them by showing up. The room was well on it's way to getting run down. Peeling wallpaper, excessive caulk, plumbing that needs work, and ratty carpet are very quickly seen just walking into the room. Lack of power outlets by the beds and in the room in general. Pull out couch mattress was stained and in need of replacement years ago. TV location made no sense, and was in the way with the pull out couch as a bed. Bathroom layout made zero sense as well, especially the towel bar at a height where hung towels drape on top of the toilet paper so now you have to use wet toilet paper in the bathroom. Highway noise is very prevalent, no matter where you are. Pool area was missing towels, same as the workout area. When asking for towels, we were told those are by request only and we told the front desk it would have been nice to know that up front so we got them before we went into those facilities. We asked for extra towels since we had a family of 6 and there were only 4 in the room. You would have thought that we were asking for a mountain to be moved when making the request. I've stayed at a few Marriott properties in the last couple years at all sorts of price points. This location, by far, has landed squarely at the bottom of my list. It is nowhere near the brand standard that I expected at booking the property. I'm exceptionally disappointed
