As we left to attend a family reunion, I specifically asked for room service to clean my room (208), put on clean sheets, and to give us fresh towels. The front desk clerk said she would take care of it. As I returned in the late afternoon, I found that I was locked out of my room and had to go back to the front desk to get new keys. When I opened the door to my room, I found that nothing had been done. I had to make the bed myself and exchange the used linens and towels, which the front desk person had to provide, since the room service staff had gone home for the day. I told him I did not expect to pay for my room, since it was never cleaned or serviced. When I left the next day, Stephanie told me that there was very limited or no room service on the weekends, due to a staff shortage. I was never informed of that policy when I paid for the room. She said she would talk to the hotel's GM.

I was traveling through the area after seeing family and needed a quiet and clean place to sleep.
The first room I was given did not have working heat (room 102). They quickly offered another room. The light for the entry way/main area of the room did not work. It was something I was too tired to deal with although I did make staff aware. However, the room was unclean. There was a partially eaten apple under the bed, socks under the heating unit and a lot of mold in the shower. It was really disappointing as I normally trust the Microtel brand. I tried to load the photos, but it did not work.

The hotel needs work. The first room was noisy with a bunch of kids beside us. Second room was better but the toilet needed help flushing and the bed had seen better days. There were stains on the window seating area. Probably would not stay at this one or that brand again

Saturday night between 9:30p & 12:30a, a large family group was staying on my floor (2nd), and the children were slamming doors and running up and down the hallway till after midnight.
And upon check out at 8a on Sunday I saw my Credit Card was charged for the two night stay.
I paid thru Expedia on April 14, of this year.
Now I have to call the hotel and contest this double billing !

My family came to Mansfield for a daughter/granddaughter college graduation. The hotel was very convenient, loved that it was in walking distance to Perkins too. The woman who checked us in on Thursday 5/11 was very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

hotel was as described. We had room with 2 queen beds that was nice size. some of our family members had one queen and found room to be smaller in size, but clean and good size bathroom

I checked in at 2;30 that was great I left at 5:30 came back at 7:00p got locked out of room went down to the desk they said I was supposed to leave at 11:00 I said how was that possible cause I just got here. They had me in a totally different room and my room 308 had someone else listed In it. I had never had this happen before In a hotel before. The pool was not roped off for safety for little ones, hot tub was not working

The room was very nice, however the bed was rather small for a queen size- and not the most comfortable! My family came up for the weekend for my sisters' graduation so our stay was short, but we were all interrupted by the humming of the refrigerators in both our rooms. I wanted to give this rating nothing but positive reviews, but we came along way for a very enjoyable event, however I feel our stay was not the best offered.

Nice place to stay. Needed an overnight stop and this was a good choice. Nice breakfast choices especially when traveling with a child.

The person at the reception didn't treat us well! She looked angry and when we called the reception she held us waiting forever!
We had a very unpleasant experience!
There were not enough blankets and pillows for the kids to sleep!
Won't recommend it to anyone.
