The hotel was overall decent, free breakfast was good. Elevators were out if service all 4 night of our trip which was a bit annoying with 3 kids having to go up and down stairs everytime we went in/out, but we made the best of it

Cleanliness, good breakfast, convenience to Glass Museum, Glen Watkins NP & nearby state parks. Quiet & felt safe. Staff were attentive to housekeeping request & breakfast needs. They have bbque grills & enclosed outdoor space for family & friends to use & enjoy with their pets. Walking distance to their quaint downtown for lunch or dinner. Would stay here again esp since it’s cat & dog friendly.

This is a hotel that has adopted a once per week deep clean policy. Lobby was nice, breakfast was convenient, but the elevators, hallways, and room was dirty. Visible dirt and salt on the floors everywhere. My kid found a crumpled tissue under her pillow when she was getting into bed and had to sleep with us. Would not stay here again.

Glad to see that the hotel was earning well the week we spent there. Place was quite busy, and the pool was continuously filled with kids having a good time. Unfortunately for us, we were unable to enjoy the pool because it was always full. The one time we tried the hot tub, the chemicals required due to the number of guests made it unenjoyable. Breakfast staff did a good job keeping up with demand. Will visit again and hope for a qujeter stay.
