It was a terrible experience.
1. Very cold receptionist without a smile and "why are you guys here" attitude.
2. Ordered a room with king and a sleeper sofa, sofa bed is really terrible, not enough blankets. Receptionist said no more blankets than what they provided at checkin.
3. Bugs in the room a d kids freaked out. Had to change room. Ordered two rooms and was given in two different floors.
4. Floor lamps and bed side lamp did not work.
5. It was a old hotel and nothing was rennovated.
6. Definitely not a $225 worth room.
Looks like hotel management was not their cup of tea.
Morning receptionist and breakfast experience was good. But without proper sleep it was hard to enjoy anything.

The room was very nice. Arrived about 2:30 pm, pool closed down at 5 pm, due to someone throwing up in a corner outside the pool, asked how long it would be closed, was told til tomorrow, very upset. When I went to front desk to ask why, she was not at all caring, made no eye contact with me, was told they had no one to clean it up, I even offered she said I wasn’t qualified. No housekeeping at a hotel?? The only reason we booked was for our grandchild, first time away with her. Called customer service and because we booked through 3rd party we had to go through expedia, they wound up refunding in full they said, but yet received all but $20?? There was overflowing trash everywhere, including at tge wash area. Not a good experience at all, nexg morning I called to sed what time pool was open, got the I will check and call you back, twice. I finally fiund someone in housekeeping and got the job done myself.

We got the family room. It was very dirty. Doors were dirty, walls were dirty, there was also a bug in the room. We had to reach out downstairs twice and then send an email to manager to finally have our room cleaned. Even then, doors and walls were still dirty. Mattress in sofa bed was very dirty. We put the cushions on top of the mattress and the bed sheets on top of all that so that my son could sleep there (3 adults 2 kids). We didn't feel comfortable using the pool or eating the food there considering how our room was. They couldn't change our room because it was the only family room. They couldn't give us extra pillows because they had none. They couldn't give us enough towels because again, they had none available. We finally got towels-day 3, we had to go get them from the pool. Day 4 we got regular ones. No daily cleaning, and if you need towels or anything, you have to go down to the front desk, even if you call. Will never stay here again and absolutely recommend that no one else does. Even if you call for them to clean your room, we were told it would be entered as a request, they couldn't guarantee it. The room was big and while the pictures look nice, we just couldnt get past the cleanliness of our room. We were there helping my mother in law through her first chemo round, we only used the room from 9pm-10am for about 5 days. It would have been great to get back to our room, and have a clean space, instead of feeling icky every night. Just find someplace else.

Our room was not available due to air conditioning missing a part and not working. We had to be moved to another hotel (farther away from our family) who could not accommodate my mom in her shower wheelchair.

Housekeeping staff friendly, very clean. Walls and floors VERY thin. Could hear kids running, jumping and people coughing from up above. Front desk gentleman never said welcome..never got out of his chair. Typically Holiday Inn staff are friendly.
