I was very impressed with the accommodations. I would suggest having some sort of lighting near the sofa so one could read. I really liked the location. So close to two different family members we visited for Christmas.

The kids running up and down the halls and stairs all night was RIDICULOUS!! There must have been a tournament going on in town with the number of kids running everywhere! Not happy trying to rest after long road trip with kids running everywhere!!

In need of a renovation, couch was broken and severely stained. Carpet was dirty and stained, light bulb missing in kitchenette, bedding was terrible, rust & mold in tub corners. Heat pump unit cover was broken I several places. Several other family members had same experience

Disappointed the pool was closed I drove out here from nyc and wanted my kids to enjoy a nice indoor pool. There was no warming of pool being closed prior to booking trip. Disappointed

The room was a nice size for the night me and my family stayed. We were excited to use the indoor pool since that was one of the reasons we chose those location. Once arriving onsite we were notified the pool was closed for renovation. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the complimentary hot breakfast!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. The only thing I would say was a bit disappointing was the pool was closed but I understand because it’s being redone. And a few times when we would walk into the bathroom or hallway we would smell weed and our kids asked “what smells so bad”? I would definitely come back if we ever plan to come to the area again.

Room had broken towel rack, dirty towels, the staff promised our family a crib only to deliver a pack and play and proceed to tell me they are the same thing. Lights werent working properly Pool, which was supposed to be heater was cold because they don't like to keep the heat on.
