CJ always greeted us with a smile, everyone very nice a polite property very nice and well maintained, breakfast very yummy. The only thing I would add if I could is an arcade or kids activities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Normandy Farm Hotel. Great staff, very nice and helpful. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and they were flexible and kind enought to give us a private room to accomodate our large family party.

This was our second stay at Normandy, our first one being about 7 years ago shortly after a big renovation they did. This hotel seems to have fallen behind with modern amenities over the years. The tv in the bedroom was an old thick “flat screen” tv probably from 2012 and very difficult to operate. Upon entering the room we were hit by the overwhelming smell of mildew. I found it was the heat/AC unit itself and it needed to be turned off. Luckily when we stayed it was in the 50’s so we turned the unit off and just left the windows cracked all night to let it air out and not get too hot. Definitely less than convenient. We also noticed their “computer” room had one old dell desktop computer from the early 2010’s. Something I was shocked to see as there was literally a convention being held while we were there, you’d assume they’d have more modern amenities for those who travel often for work. The bathroom/shower is very outdated as well. Very dark, mediocre cheap shower head and black mold growing on the caulking around the seams of the shower. One of the perks of this hotel is the restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious. We ordered room service but not from over the phone. My husband had to walk down to the restaurant and order it to have it delivered. All in all I wouldn’t necessarily recommend Normandy to friends/family and we won’t be returning the next time we are in PA.

We ended up not staying the night. We didn’t want to bother the front desk because it wasn’t anything they could fix so we just left and paid for our night. There were bugs in the room, no refrigerator in the room, no drinks/snacks in the lobby (we had to get milk in jars from the restaurant for our kids), the pool was on the basement level which was odd. I wasn’t expecting this. I’ll be sticking with Marriott which is a good go to.

Stayed over on Thanksgiving while visiting family nearby. Check in was very smooth, staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice. The mattress was really soft, so my sleep was just ok. Teenagers playing games and running up and down the long hallway at 11:30 PM was not appreciated. Continental buffet breakfast in the morning was included, nice selection.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel- friendly staff, super clean rooms, great amenities such as the pool restaurant and outdoor patio. Travelled with my 2 children to visit family in the area and will definitely stay again!

Spacious common areas, comfortable rom. Dim lighting, though, which combined with dark color palette makes it seem gloomy. Restaurant on premises had a fancy menu. Enjoyed a delicious meal which was a nice surprise. If you have kids who need pizzas for chicken tenders, better check to see if they have a children's menu. No fridge in room.

Room was pretty humid unless we had the AC blasting 100% of the time; if you like to pretend you're surviving the night on Hoth, then by all means do stay here (b.y.o. tauntaun tho).
None of the public restrooms (men's or women's) had infant changing tables. I find that weird, especially for a popular wedding venue/restaurant.
