Comfort Inn & Suites

Unfortunately I don't have a good rating for this hotel, we arrived at the hotel very tired and late, we had to be ready early for our family event and we found that there was no water, we couldn't use the toilet, the shower, we couldn't wash ourselves and we had to leave the hotel, pay somewhere else just to be able to clean up. We had no announcement and no apology from management. I’m just asking for a refund as I spent more money than expected. Thank you

Found comfort inn while doing a short weekend trip with the family in Lancaster. Daughter loved every second of the hotel. The indoor pool she had to herself, the breakfast she thought was great. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I have actually stayed here before when I brought my family to Sight and Sound Theater. It is an amazing facility and the price was great! will definitely be back as we travel this way yearly to see the productions.

I visit family several times a year and always here. A very nice room, at a fair price. I’ll be back!

The property was ok but the lobby was not especially comfortable. A few coffee tables would help. My main complaint is that several children were running wild in the middle of the night and we lost a night's sleep. The hotel finally got them settled but had to threaten the parents with police. Not the hotel's fault but really ruined the night.

It was a great stay with our family

I was in town for a funeral, The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice. The beds were amazing. Only thing is they didn’t notify you at check inn that they only clean room at your request only. Also the front desk lady with blonde hair gave our room number out to a family member. He knew we stay at that hotel but we never gave him our room number, when he came knocking on our door we were shocked and asked how did he know which room we were in? He said the blonde headed lady gave him our room number. This was so upsetting to me as I also work in the hotel office and I know that policy states that they are not to give out room numbers to anyone. Also your not even aloud to tell them if your even staying in that hotel. I was very disappointed and shocked that this was aloud to happen and the manager acted as if I was wrong for being upset. I guess he doesn’t understand how dangerous this is!

This hotel was clean and comfortable. We will stay again when in town. The bus of kids that stayed were a bit loud but calmed down about 9pm.

I stay here quarterly when visiting family and I have no intention of changing my routine. A great place at a fair price.
