Comfortable place to stay with our family which included young children. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Kids loved pool and onsite breakfast. Good location for all the sites.

They were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast French toast was so good that we would visit again just for that! It was the highlight of the visit. (Make sure to tip the breakfast staff, they deserve it.) There was construction, and I am sure that it will be even better the next time around. 🙂 The "farm" had a few animals, goats, alpacas, a turkey and a peacock, kids visited them every morning. Next door was the big Sight and Sound Theater, they were sold out. I am glad that I didn't stay at the more commercial hotels near Tanger outlets, which were less than 10 minutes away. It was nice to get away from everything and have some peace and quiet.
Rooms are kind of small, but cute farmhouse feel. Glad for the fridge and microwave.
Overall good experience.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. Lobby is dated and outside area is basically a construction zone. My kids did like the animals in the barn. Overall a decent experience but I was expecting a bit more for the price point.

Room was clean.
Breakfast was not crazy.
Good thing with kid is that you can feed the farm’s animals on the site.
Also the swimming pool is a plus .
We have been waked up at 7:00 am by the lawnmower … was not nice

While I was a little nervous about staying after I learned about the fire last winter, I had a great time. This is a great location and a wonderful property for families. The walking trails are a nice feature and the location was great. I also appreciated the staff calling me several days before my stay to inform me that the restaurant and gift store had burnt down. The hot breakfast was great and this is a perfect location. It's close to everything, but on a quiet road.

Everyone was very friendly and polite including the front desk staff, owners, the breakfast staff, and anyone we met along the way. I wouldn’t stay in the carriage house again. Mainly because the flies were coming in left and right. Hard to control even with closing the door right away. Not sure how they kept getting in. Also had some ants in our room and on our bed. The mattress/springs were making noises and seemed old. The pillows were lumpy. The bathrooms were good, more channels are needed for kids on the tv. Breakfast is in a small room. If we came back then we would stay in the main building. That way our room would not let so many flies in.

It was great! The Inn at Hershey Farm is lovely with its pond, walking trails and playgrounds. It was a very relaxing place. Our kids loved being able to explore the grounds after breakfast (their breakfast was AMAZING). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall very happy with our stay. The staff went above and beyond as far as customer service goes, and the inclusive breakfast has made-to-order options as well as a breakfast buffet, far above the quality of your typical continental breakfast. Possibly the best inclusive hotel breakfast I've ever had. They also have round the clock ice cream sundays available for $8, and they deliver them to your room for you. The property outside the hotel was great, with a walking trail that included a pond filled with geese, gooslings, and swans. It also leads up to a small barn where you can get up close to goats, chickens, a peacock, and some field mice. My kids were ecstatic about the little mice that kept poking their heads up out of the hay. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the rooms themselves are quite dated and in definite need of an upgrade. There was no extra table or desk to eat at or do work on, and the sink area is small with very little space to put toiletries on. Small things that should be addressed with some room upgrades, especially given how much time and care has been put into the rest of the property. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a place with some fun and unique perks.
