We stayed wed till Sunday, the week day stayed was excellent until weekend when they had checked in kids over top of us we was on the third floor and they were on the fourth floor. It was so loud on the floor we couldn’t sleep night or morning. Either then that everything was great the room, breakfast fresh.

We were pleased for the most part! The first room we had the ac was messed up so it was hot in our room. We finally switched to another room but that ac was messed up as well so we just dealt with it! The breakfast wasn’t as amazing as it looked in the hotels page. But it was ok! The pool was small but fine for the kids to get wet!

Would have liked to see a vegan breakfast option like roasted potatoes and not just oatmeal. Walls a bit thin. Could hear a couple arguing and at 6am kids crying and slamming interior door. Must have been the closet. Overall, I enjoyed the convenience of the pantry for drinks and snacks and the bed was comfy.

Great new hotel for us. Wonderful amenities. Room design functional and aesthetically pleasing. Bedding and mattress soft and comfortable. Plan to switch to this hotel for our future trips to Altoona, Pa. To visit family

My sister and her two small children were harassed by someone pounding on their door at 9:45 pm while she was trying to get her toddlers to sleep. Then the front office called her room and informed her that they were too loud and another guest has complained. Very disturbing occurrence

Beautiful hotel, so comfortable that we decided to stay an extra night to rest in our impeccable room. Breakfast was delicious, and if it were’t served entirely on disposable dishes with plastic utensils, it would have been a great day ecological lesson for our children.

My family & I had a very nice stay. The people were friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. Something for everyone of my picky children. Conveniently located next to an AMC theater. We walked over and enjoyed a fun family movie night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. We didn't get a chance to try the pool but when we walked by there were lots of kids there & they looked like they were having a great time!

New, clean and near places to dine. Perfect for an overnight stay when dropping kids off at Penn state Altoona.

My family and I (4 adults, 2 kids) had a queen suite for a Thursday-Monday stay. The facility is in decent shape and definitely looked nice when we first got there. As the days went on, it was obvious there is a housekeeping problem--none of the communal trash cans were emptied the entire time we were there. There were cans at each floor by the elevator and they were overflowing. The second floor smelled so bad from old food stuffed in the cans and sitting on top of it as well. We even tried to take our trash to the outside cans (we had diapers and other food items, so not something you'd want sitting in the room) but they were worse. We ended up taking our trash with us to other stores or to the relatives we were visiting. I understand that they have cut back on housekeeping in the rooms for once every three days, but the communal cans should be changed at least daily. The other issue was the breakfast. I don't typically complain because breakfast is what it is, but for how busy it was, it seemed like all of the food was empty and guests just standing around waiting for food. Not ideal for a family of young children to have to wait for food to even be on the line. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast after the second morning.
