Absolutely disgusted by this hotel. Very dirty . And no pool even after we talked to them prior to make sure there was a pool available and was never told upon checking in either we didn’t find out till we went down to take kids swimming … and they doubled charged my card 4 times . Requested full refund and never got it … never stay there

Quick and pleasant front desk from Janell, quite rooms, decent breakfast and heated pool. ( kids loved it in the morning) also later check out was a plus

The room was perfect for our family, cost very reasonable, breakfast was great, and it was quiet. The bed gave us back aches, possibly it was too soft, and the tub/shower could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise it was great, staff super friendly.

The staff are very kind. The view was amazing. The towels were soft. The pillows were great. The breakfast area was clean, stocked, and warm. Unfortunately, that is where the positives stop. The room smelled like mildew no matter how much we ran the AC. The shower head did not work fully. The sheets had pieces of what I hope was dirt on top of them that I brushed off when I went to put my kids to bed late that night. But the worst part was another customer in the next room. They were pounding and kicking on the walls and the doors down the hallway on and off for two hours. Before you think if it was something else, they were arguing, bottles breaking, causing the dog on the other side of us (who was super quiet any other time) to bark in warning. The b

Well I could start by saying that the room smelt so bad of mold it was unreal I've never my life smelt that strong of an odor of mold coming anywhere. Then we were not satisfied with the pool because the pool water was absolutely freezing and there was no heater turned on in the pool I was very disappointed so were my children we only get away once in a while with our kids this was supposed to be a nice trip and it turned out to be pretty c*****

Breakfast was good- decent variety. Pool was fun for our kids. My only complaint is that the pillows were super soft and made sleep a little difficult for all of us. But overall a nice place to stay for the price!

This is a nice roadside hotel at a great location for family in Altoona. Checkin was fine other than some really confused people trying to check in ahead of that caused us to wait about 10 minutes. Our room was near the elevator so we heard everyone coming and going all night. Then in the morning someone let their children run up and down the hall screaming off and on for a couple of hours. Hotel is great; a few guests, not so much.

Great staff. Janelle went above and beyond to make my family stay comfortable. Kitchen staff for breakfast was polite and keep the food fresh. Pool was small. Fitness room had broken equipment. TV cable & internet was horrible!!
