I should have reserved two rooms. From the pictures, I thought a suite with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa would be enough for three adults and two kids. We were crowded. The hotel did nothing wrong; it was my mistake.

To start on a positive note it’s in a good location to pick up groceries or eat out. The housekeeping staff was friendly and our room was clean despite the stale smell if the AC wasn’t on. The beds didn’t seem to be true queen sized beds. The pool was green and the hot tub was a cold tub. The staff behind the courtesy desk seemed to know very little about anything when I inquired about the pool and hot tub. We were told they don’t currently have a maintenance person to service the pool or hot tub. Personally, we look specifically for hotels that have certain amenities to keep our kids busy and make our family stay more enjoyable. I would not stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! The room looked exactly as it did online and it was very clean and comfortable for my family. The hotel itself remained quiet throughout the hallways and the pool and gym were nice as well. There was much to choose from for breakfast and we enjoyed all of the beverage stations. We are definitely coming back to this hotel! The area has a lot of places to visit and it’s literally 5 minutes from Longwood Gardens. My only complaint is that the hot tub wasn’t working, but the warm pool made up for it!

Stayed one night with family. Overall hotel is clean and in good condition. Parking free and convenient. Hotel is located conveniently close to longwood gardens. Check in and check out was fast. Downsides: room was very small. Feels like in a train. The room we stayed in was facing a very busy street therefore traffic noice was going on all night long. How someone builds a hotel without great insulation knowing it’s backed up to busy road. The mattresses were so sinking - it was practically impossible to lay or sit on them. The breakfast was disgusting. The worse breakfast we have ever seen. Warmed up ham sandwich in a plastic, some suspicious looking eggs, pale sausages that never seen a griddle. I read all great reviews about this hotel prior to choosing it. Makes me wonder how in the world it got such high ratings. The room price was over $350 a night. We spent sleepless night and left hotel hungry in the morning. Shame.

Excellent service, lovely accommodations and wonderful customer service representatives. Breakfast was delicious and presented such that there was minimal contact per Covid protocols, with frequent cleaning. I wish they allowed pets…they would be my new go-to hotel with my fur baby for future travel!
