will now write a review of this hotel and it will be very unfavorable. We left a handmade stuffed animal in our double adjoining room, called after we left but BEFORE CHECK OUT asking for someone to collect two stuffed animals that were 100 percent there because the cleaning had not been done yet. We called three times before writing this and getting the promise for a return call. Bottom line, broken hearted child and terrible service by a hotel simply refusing to open a room door.

This is our third or fourth stay here as we travel through the area to see family and we truly love it every time. The staff is helpful and professional, the cleanliness of the rooms - gym - pool - all around facility is wonderful and the breakfast is enjoyable for all of our family members.

The front desk was super nice, I had my young kids with me and they helped as much as possible. Rooms huge and clean:, definitely my go to in the future tense.

We travel down to PA to see family every year, and we’ve been disappointed with several other hotels. I’m glad though that this one was the winner. For dinner, we just hit up Wegmans and brought it back to our room since there was a full fridge and microwave. Even had dishes and a dishwasher which was nice. The continental breakfast was actually better than most other places too. We’ll see you next year!

We had a great stay here recently. The room was great, breakfast was good with some limited options, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Only complaint was the pool seemed a bit dirty during our stay.

We have been using 6 hotels during our trip and this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in this trip. Unfortunately as soon as we got there, there were a serious thunderstorm resulting power cut for over 4 hours in the area including all the hotel rooms. My children were getting angry as the power cut extended since they could not eat in the darkness or watch tv. Despite the situation, the staff was trying his best to help us bringing torches and providing snacks. And about the cleaness! I loved this hotel's amazing cleaness. Everything was quite new and well-organised. I would definitely visit this super awesome hotel next time.

This hotel provides superior service, comfort, and cleanliness, all at a good price. It is a family friendly, pet friendly hotel that also provides guests with a free breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal--close to restaurants, but if you are on a budget, Starbucks, grocery stores, and WaWa are less than a mile away. Longwood Gardens (gorgeous!), the Brandywine Art Museum (home to many Wyeth family paintings), and the Brandywine Battlefield Revolutionary War historic sites are just a few miles away. I'd say the hotel is about a 25-30 minute drive to Center City Philadelphia. Most of all, I want to praise front desk clerks Gunner and Megan for helping me and my family resolve problems of our own making. Their professionalism was always on display, and their willingness to help us exemplifies their focus on the customer. Hilton should give both of them a raise. I love this place.

Clean and friendly, and spacious enough for our family with children. We enjoyed our stay. It was helpful that there was a refrigerator and microwave for late night snacks.

I only stayed for one night, but it was family friendly and what i was looking for. Place was clean, staff was friendly, and they had a good selection of food during breakfast.

Great place to stay! I’m a father of three children so having access to indoor pool was fantastic! Rooms are very neat and clean.
