Horrible Stay. The worse night sleep in a long time. So let's start with the Sofa and Desk Chair that were impossible to sit on. The sofa was so deep my feet did not hit the floor. I had to try and prop another cushion to even sit down. The desk chair was some fancy thing looked like a bucket seat. IDK who in the world can sit on a chair like that. The bed was so soft i could get stuck in it. So by time i went to bed my back was hurting. I use a sound device when i travel to limit the noise. Someone next to me was slamming stuff and heavy steps on the floor all night. It sounded like they were rolling a circus chest back and forth. It stopped about 5am and then about 630 The the kids started running and more banging things. Then the dogs were making noise. It was a disaster of a night. The breakfast is garbage even as a continental breakfast goes. The shower door had a broken handle and i nearly cut my hand when it fell off. The shower head must have been 10 years old. It had about 6 tiny streams of water and it took forever to get Luke warm water. They jack up prices because its a nascar weekend. I stayed here last year and did not have these problems. Never again.

It was wonderful during our towns power outage. Clean, loved the hot tub and the bed was excellent. Would recommended to family that come to stay.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Stay across the street. My room was not ready when I arrived at 6:30 PM, 3.5 hours after the stated check in time. They proceeded to tell me that this is because they were having staffing issues with the cleaning staff. This is after I witness staff members in the dog area out back smoking marijuana when I arrived. Maybe get some of them to make sure the rooms are ready? They then paraded out one of the cleaning staff members to corroborate this excuse (not sure why). Unfortunately, I was in town for an event and couldn’t wait around until 7 or 7:30 PM until these folks had my room ready. What if I had been a family or had elderly people with me? Why would they think this is acceptable? To make matters worse, they then denied my request for a refund. It seems pretty simple to me, I pay you money for a room. If that room is not available, you give me my money back. Not for these folks. This has to one of the most poorly run hotels I have ever tried to stay at. I would avoid staying here at all costs.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, breakfast was a hit with my family! Clean and quiet accommodation.

As a regular traveler and safety rep, I am completely appalled.How they were even able to operate is mind blowing. Huge fire hazard. They placed us all the way at the end of the hallway on the 3rd floor, which the hallway was full of construction debris and furniture. I had to climb over a sofa to get to the room and my child tripped over debris. We purchased the stay through Expedia which we put in for pet friendly. Even with insurance, Expedia couldn't refund without hotel managements approval. Arrived around 12-1am. We stayed there for less than 8 hours and it cost us $450 due to ridiculous charges. The general manager Brandy is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with. Not only did it take over a month to have her return our phone call regarding these false charges, she immediately raised her voice at me once I brought up the word refund. I made sure the linens were stripped, trash was removed, towels were set to be taken and easy to be cleaned. I own a cleaning company for airbnbs so I have appreciation for others, especially hotel. Hotels are an experience! A huge part of a memory for most visitors. The way its cleaned, prepared and maintained should be shown once you arrive. Two of the beds didn't even have a sheet on it. The pillows were old, crusty, and yellow throw pillows shoved into pillow cases. There were only two towels in the bathroom when knowing 5 guests are staying. While showering in the morning, the lights to the whole hotel went out.

Bad idea to book in this hotel, first day I arrived the power was out leaving my kids and I to stay and sleep in the heat and dark.The power outage was due to a nearby storm which I understand, but all nearby businesses had their power back, so it seems it’s the hotels fault for lack of preparedness. let me know what day next I wouldn’t book again and don’t recommend. I want my money back.

My family of four kids and me had a great stay. Hotel was very clean. Room was large and comfortable. Plenty of plugs. Check-in was easy and fast. Plenty of parking. Walmart was very convenient two minutes down the road. We grabbed some microwaveable meals to eat in our room. The breakfast was adequate.

It was my second stay in two weeks due to a family emergency and the staff was great to us, the room clean and inviting. Breakfast in the morning is always welcoming. You won’t regret your stay!
