Staff was incredible- very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Our room was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Our children loved the pool and we loved gathering as a family and using the outdoor space-great furniture!

Everything was great! Cleanliness, space for baby to crawl, beautiful bathroom and room. Beautiful view of park. Comfortable beds. Pool and gym a plus!!

Great option for family travel！

I booked a room with 2 beds for a family of four through Expedia. We arrived and were told the type of room we reserved did not exist and they in fact had no rooms available. We paid over $250 for a room, but were turned away. Neither Expedia or Aloft want to give us a refund. We did not cancel, we did not fail to show up, we did not show up on the wrong day. They sold us the product that didn’t exist. I would consider that fraud.

sound proof is bad, could help next door neighbor’s kids talking to their mom at 5:30am; property is next to a street where construction trucks often drive by in the morning; bed was extremely short, back and neck hurt after laying in bed for 30 min.

Very good for family vacation

Found this Hotel after looking at quite a few higher priced ones. Seemed like a good deal so we tried it. Pleasantly surprised, was newer, clean, modern and friendly staff. It’s located in kind of a business park area, but very nice park like surroundings. King room was not huge but was very well appointed and the layout was very functional. Other comments from folks mentioned having to park in back and walk, but the elevators are there to take you right to the desk, so was no problem. Signage could have been better but overall a minor problem. Didn’t get chance to try the food or bar area but will give it a try next time. This will be our go to location when visiting family in the future.

It was not far from my family. An easy walk to shopping.
