Hampton Inn & Suites Portland Tigard

Too much notice on the room next to me.. there were kids in the halwa running and music was too loud.. the room itself was really smelly and definitely it a present stay..didn no sleep all night ..

The best were comfy and the kids had a great time in the pool

This is a newer hotel in a nice area for safety, shopping, and access to shopping—and parking is provided at no cost. The entire hotel was clean and attractive, and the pool and work out facility was a plus. The beds were comfortable with a well designed bathroom. We appreciated the breakfast choices and friendly staff. I would rate this hotel a 4.5 and gave the hotel 4 stars only because I could hear a family in a nearby room so perhaps the walls are not fully soundproof. We would definitely stay in this hotel again as we have close family in the area.

Our family had an average stay at this property. It is located in a residential area. We stayed three nights--the room was quite small and breakfast wasn't great (stale bread, overripe bananas, no cream cheese, not great coffee). The TVs in the exercise room were both broken (cracked) and the water refill station in the main lobby didn't work. The hotel is understaffed which is apparent. I personally would not stay at this property again.

we loved every thing about this property! we were going to make it the hotel we stay at everytime when we come to portland. but we changed our minds because i had left my sons blanket in the bed in the room. and had called and asked for them to look for it. they said they would and they would call me back. they never did so as we our on our way back from our trip going through this area again we had called again and they said they never found it. so 2 things could have happened, they dont wash the sheets after people stay in a room and thats why they didnt find it or the the house keeper stole it. I understand they are not liable for anything left in the rooms, but come on a childs blanket really!? they really couldnt have just given it back? no. and when i had mentioned that a housekeeper must have stole it they hung up on me. to think if they will steal a child blanket what else would they take?

The staff went out of their way to be friendly to our family and accommodate us!

Room size: good enough for 2 adult and 2 children Condition: new and tidy

I like everything breakfast was great the only thing that i did not like is that my room was adjacent to the next room and i could hear all the noises didnt have a good sleep they had kids and dogs so they were noisy

The hotel desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was new and well kept. Breakfast could have used a few additional gluten-free options, possibly cereals that do not contain wheat/wheat products, but the coffee and eggs were hot and tasty. The rooms were spacious, but my only hesitation to stay here again with my family, is the rooms were better suited to a business traveler. The bathroom barndoor did not provide privacy and the closet was in the bathroom. Overall, very nice hotel.

Front desk was really helpful and friendly, out stay was good. The only thing was the people upstairs from us were extremely loud and kept letting their kids run around at 5am. Other than that would stay there again.
