Great stay and in a pretty good location. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but they were quick to get it ready for us. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was good. Loving having the hide-a-bed for kids to sleep on.

Had to wait 30 minutes for our room (it was 2:50pm when we tried to check in). Came back at 3:35pm and was told it was still not ready and had to wait another 20 minutes. Finally just asked for any room that was available. Starting at 730pm a party started in one of the rooms on our floor and it was loud music, yelling doors slamming. I had to call the front desk 3x to complain about it. It ia now 10pm and the party quieted down but now the room right above us is having a stomping party. Dropping things on the floor continuously and stomping back and forth. My child is trying to get rest for her soccer tournament tomorrow! This stay has been horrific! And the road noise is terrible as well! Never staying here again.

Double and triple confirm that they have your confirmed reservation prior to checking in, even if the manager, Lincoln made the reservation himself!!! It's difficult when you show up at 10:45 pm with a tired child, email confirmation in hand and find out they don't have a room for you. It was beyond frustrating. We had just spent 3 nights at this hotel, decided to extend our stay 1 night, booked another night with the manager, received email confirmation, was told we needed to check out of room we were in and check in to our new room later. Spent the day with family and when we arrived to check-in NO ROOM was available. The girl at the front desk told us sorry and that there was another hotel around the corner with a room available. Needless to say this was very upsetting. It doesn't matter if you have an email with a confirmed reservation!!!

The staff were nice and brought us a crib free. When I called to say we forgot bedding for the crib, they brought us a queen size sheet and blanket, that we were able to make work for the crib. The bedding was nice, but way, way too warm. There were no actual blankets on the beds, just a comforter. I was unable to sleep, it was so hot.The kids enjoyed the nice, big, warm pool. Breakfast was nothing spectacular. I don't eat meat, and my eggs and french toast tasted like bacon, apparently fried on the same grill. We will probably stay there again, because we liked the pool so much.
