Hotel overall was clean and comfortable. Staying by the airport, I expected there to be a very limited offering in way of walkability but this was non-existent to anything without a car. Fitness center was good but that was the only real amenity. Refrigerator in room was broken so I lost some tasty leftovers, about $20 in smoked salmon, and a couple local beers. They must allow travelers to park there for the airport or something because the parking lot was packed. Took forever to find parking on Saturday night and there were only a handful of spots left. On the way out of the parking lot, I had to wait for about 15-20 minutes while a large family loaded their four cars and blocked the security gate and driveway. Staff was nice and housekeeping was epescially friendly and accommodating.

The property of the hotel was decent but no free parking for the customers??? I had to pay $14 per day for parking. One of the staff (an asian lady) was unfriendly and acted like customers were inconvenience to her. My family and I will not return to this hotel.

The waterfall and landscaping upon entering the property was very nice! There is also a pleasing view of the river from the restaurant too. We had reserved a king suite and when we got to the room we weren't thrilled about the layout of the room. When you enter your room the bathroom sink is in the common area next to the coffee maker. It is separate from the shower & toilet which is the bathroom. We asked to change rooms because of that reason and apparently all the rooms layout is the same. We did move to a standard King room and sure enough it was the same. I don't enjoy seeing someone brush their teeth and freshen up while I'm sitting in the common area/bedroom. You can't always assume that people sharing the room are family or are comfortable getting ready in front of other people. A sense of privacy should be considered.
