Inn at Wecoma

The front desk woman was very friendly and helpful. Our tv wouldn’t turn on in our room. The front desk woman came to help and got it to turn on, but we couldn’t control the volume after that. That was the only bummer. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay for all 6 of us in the family suite.

It was very good my family and i loved it we just wanted to get away for a couple of day at the coast and our stay at this place was very good.

I like that it was close to 99w and the outlets no ocean view family suite very small and dark one king 2 single and uncomfortable sofa bed only available on grounds units very pricey small one bathroom swimming out side mustey air some mold

Everything was close by. The kids loved the pool, which was in a separate building. We loved the balcony, which gave us a view of the ocean, although it was a bit far. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Would stay again.

Best place in the Oregon coast. Highly recommend. Super clean and newer furniture. Good for family.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was pretty quiet considering it seemed almost full. The walls were thick enough that we didn't hear much from other guests or their pets. We brought our dogs so it was convenient having the ground floor with a patio to take them out. Ground floor is reserved for guests with dogs so it was a relief that we weren't worried about our dogs disturbing other guests. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired so we ended up eating elsewhere. There wasn't much too it but no biggie as there was a lot of eateries nearby. Is also close to the outlets if shopping is important to you. The pool was cloudy but still swimmable. The hot tub was a little disappointing as the jets weren't working one day and it was closed for part of our stay. Overall, this was a good experience and we would definitely stay here again but only if we were bringing our 2 small dogs. Without the dogs, we would likely find a different hotel as the pool and hot tub weren't ideal and an important amenity for our family.

Beware-Bugs in the bed. Woke up in the morning and saw a bug crawling on grandson’s bed. Pulled sheets back and found group of baby bugs and few baby bugs elsewhere on the sheets. Took pictures and went to front desk. Desk clerk said sorry we usually don’t have that problem and immediately said cant refund because I booked through Expedia. Never asked for refund and told her refund was least of my concerns. Asked to speak to manager. Couple hours later manager arrived and came to room. She said they had similar incident recently but the bugs turned out not to be bedbugs. She said she believed the bugs on the bed appeared to be bedbugs and that she would have an exterminator come in immediately and would contact me with the results. I had already collected all clothing items and put them through two cycles of high heat in the dryer. Manager also asked if we were local or passing through. 6 hours later still hadn’t received a call so I called her. She said she investigated further and the bugs were gone so she collected the sheets. Was 2:45 and she said the exterminator was coming at 3 and she would call me after. Two days later and still no call. Not professional at all. Should have at least paid for the dryer services and called back with results. Probably figured could bury the problem since we were not local. Sounds like this has happened before and unknown if the situation was rectified, so if you stay here I advise you check the beds before accepting the room.

Very comfortable place for rest with kids! Next time we’ll come back to this place

Rooms need to be updated, linens are poor quality, towels are paper thin. Furniture was dirty in the suite type room which is where our family would gather since it was a large space. There also wasn’t enough glasses or even matching glasses…they were a mixture of random glasses?!?! It looked like a room that was once employee quarters turned into a space to rent?
