Holiday Inn Express & Suites Klamath, an IHG Hotel

Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights as we were in-town to visit Crater Lake National Park. The hotel felt refreshing considering that the air quality outdoors was not so great due to local wildfires, but everything was clean and clear indoors. Additionally, when you walk in, most hotels with a pool have a smell of chlorine and that was not the case. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub along with many visting families and the staff were very attentive and responsive for towel requests, etc. Breakfast varied each day with a great selection of options (including gluten & dairy free).

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It was clean and comfy. And the gal serving breakfast was so friendly. Helped with a spill one of my children made with such a great attitude. Definitely would stay again if we came back through.

There was 4 of us in this room 2 adults and 2 children, room was clean, it was a large, 2 queen bed, sofa, fridge, table. It was very spacious for all of us.

hotel was packed over the weekend we stayed, looked like some Jr Rangers or camping event was going on, but even with all those kids the room was quiet. Breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, bacon, hotcakes and various other items available for the morning.

Pool and hot tub were both functional. The whole family was able to enjoy them.

Nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Only downside kids were running up and down stairs in the morning.

Nice property. Nice staff. Didn't like the area the hotel was located. But it was good enough for our family of 5.

Great clean hotel. Our room was bigger than expected and had a hide-a-bed. We comfortably slept 2 adults and 3 children.

It was so family friendly with the pull out sofa, adjustable Tv mount, hot breakfast with lots of choices. Will defined look for Hoilday Inn for future travel.

This is first time I have run into the reservation is not found in the hotel. After 15 minutes of discussion, they told me that my reservation stuck in the reservation system and it is third party (Hotels.com) app's fault. Then they told me that there is a last reserved room available and we got "lucky" to have it. When I get the room, we realize it was full of smoke smell. It is obvious they knew the room is not suitable for anyone, especially travelers like us with two young kids. When I went down to ask the front desk staff to switch room, her attitude is "I told you it is last room" and told me to use spray to get ride of the odor. She didn't even try to express the willingness to search or offer help to clean or attempt to find other solution. This is worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever been to.
