Very nice place. CLEAN! quiet, professional customer service! Easy & fast check in. Might change the ??eggs?? used for breakfast, not appealing at all, other items were well stocked and fresh. GREAT POOL...nice for families.

The room stunk so bad even my kids couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning. We got in so late we were so tired but we should have requested to switch room it stunk so bad. Breakfast was ok but staff had no clue on brands of cereal to make sure my daughter could eat it that can’t eat gluten. Was kind of frustrated cause staff wouldn’t leave us alone after asking about the cereal.

Hotel had overflowing trash cans everywhere. The key card slot to enter the hotel was covered in spiders and bugs that had obviously not been cleared in a long time. There was a large group of drunk men who were staying there drinking and peeling out in the parking lot. We went and ate at one of the only “restaurants” open but it was really a bar with 4 tables right when you walk in for families. The bar was extremely far right themed along with the patrons and staff. Do not recommend the hotel, bar, or town on Burns/Hines to anyone with color in their skin.

I really like this hotel. The rooms are big with plenty of room for kids the crawl around and get energy out after a long day of driving. The bed is comfy too

This is a well kept, very clean property. The pool was nice for the kids. Neighboring rooms were quite loud during the night, and the parking lot was not cleared of snow in the morning.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Pool was overrun with people (lots of noisy kids) making it unwelcoming for me.
