Everything was clean and in good condition. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area with our grandkids. The little store provided anything you might need for snacks & drinks. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices both cold & cooked.

A great place to stay while in Bend! We are a family of 5 with a dog. The amenities are set up perfectly to either stay-in and cook a simply meal in your room or you're just a 5 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The location is one of the most convenient we've experienced. With a park and river trail access across the street and highway access to Bachelor just down the street.

We loved everything about our stay at this property except for the breakfast options. It is definitely not kid friendly as far as breakfast options. Not to mention most of the meal items were completely out and not refilled often. Could really use some waffle/pancake options for kids along with scrambled eggs and bacon. Other than that our stay was excellent.

Excellent hotel and location! Reasonably priced and excellent breakfasts. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious rooms and dining lounge areas. Water bowls for dogs always full near doors. Beautiful Pioneer Park is right across street to take dogs and kids on trails right along river edge. Would definitely come back again!

Staff was super friendly. Hotel offered a fresh, healthy breakfast. Building was impeccably clean. Access to downtown was a five minute walk. Lobby and outside area were perfect for family games.

You won’t regret staying here. It’s a perfect location to walk to downtown in less than 10 minutes. The river is across the street. The rooms are updated, clean, spacious. It was perfect for our family of 3, especially needing a half kitchen for our baby bottles, etc. A crib was in our room at check in. The staff is attentive and sweet. Everyone is so nice. Parking is easy out front. Bathrooms are large and spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The happy hour with local beer and wine is a plus. We would definitely stay again.

The property itself was great! But you can hear what’s going on in the room next to you. We had a family with small children and you could hear them screaming and running around.
