We love our stay. So accommodating for our family and dogs. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely be returning.

While they claim to be a pet friendly hotel, I had to pay an extra 50 dollar fee for our two cats to be able to stay with us in the room. Also, there is only one car space allowed per family so we had to leave our second car in the street. The rooms are very clean but otherwise very dark and a bit drab. Also we felt unsafe as around 11pm the night of our stay somebody tried to open the door to our room. Also it can be quite noisy as the walls between rooms are paper thin. I would encourage people to consider other hotel options while in Bend, OR.

The branding of the property was very good, it was really aesthetic and the amenities were fun and family friendly. The quality of the rooms didn’t quite match the amenities, things looked hastily painted, there weren’t many areas to hang wet towels/clothing, and very limited parking. The surrounding area was surprisingly seedy, many unhoused individuals lined the street directly behind the hotel making it feel a little dangerous to park & walk around. I know this is not something the hotel can control, but it would’ve been something I factored in before staying.

We live right down the street but still love staying here with our kids for warm pool days in the winter and karaoke at the Canteen Bar on Sundays. Always a welcoming, friendly and chill vibe when we visit.

Very unique stay. The decor and design is super fun, awesome outside amenities, the 100 degree pool and giant fire pit were both amazing. My kids loved it!

Loved the vibe. Really liked the fun party atmosphere, but yet they were able to shut it down successfully at 10 for those who needed rest and/or had kids.

The motel itself if beautiful. It had a fun energetic setting. Definitely not a place I would bring my 7 year old again. Our room was adorable and there were amenities for our puppy. The facility has been renovated, however we were locked in our room due to a broken door. I had to use a Bobby pin to wiggle the lock to get out. Walking our dog at night was extremely stressful and scary. There is a homeless camp behind the building. One individual was trying to break into cars and attempted to approach us with a shank. Luckily the dog scared him away. It’s a shame that they have to put up with that. Regardless the beds were comfy, and the room was clean. It’s more of a party vibe instead of a family setting. The parking is rough too.

We only had one night booked and arrived on a Sunday afternoon to a vibrant pool party with a DJ blasting dance music. We embraced the party with our kids and while they could (kicked out of the pool between 5-7) we enjoyed the energy. Went out to dinner and when we returned their was a bar fight flowing into the lobby. We couldn’t find parking, so we popped into the lobby…but quickly realized everyone there had their hands full. The loud music continued throughout the night. We were disappointed and can’t recommend. We did love the decor and tie to camping, but I wouldn’t say it was kid friendly.

The decor was nice. The events were so loud. You can hear through the walls. Every sound. This was not a family friendly place as indicated. People were partying till 3am. We slept very poorly. This was party central. Not the vacation I intended for my children. I am very sad after so much planning.
