This hotel has become our main stay in the Yukon area. We have family in the area, and normally travel a few times a year to visit. This Hampton Inn is very clean, the staff are so kind and service oriented. The rates are reasonable, and the location is great for eating establishments and shopping nearby.

This property did not have a hot tub as Orbitz advertised. The pool was over-chlorinated and my hair started falling out after the second day of swimming there. We stayed Thursday through Monday and our room was not cleaned, although a cleaning staff member did enter our room without knocking. She wanted to change the towels in the bathroom but we weren't dressed. It was very embarrassing. After she left, we noticed a roach in the room and it went under the couch. The next day we found it dead on the floor next to the lamp and the area on the side of the air conditioner was very dirty. The bed and Neutrogena soaps were very nice. Water pressure was great. Rolling shower door wouldn't stay closed. Air conditioning was cool. The staff was very nice. Breakfast each morning included eggs or omelets, a breakfast meat (sausage patty, bacon, awful sausage links, and smoked sausage for the days we stayed), potatoes, oatmeal, waffle station, yogurt, bagels, fruit, coffee and juice. The sausage links that were served on Father's Day were not good. Our room was quiet through the walls but not the door. We could hear whatever was happening in the hallway - barking dogs, screeching children, people talking, and doors closing. We put a towel at the bottom of the door which helped a little. The key card was turned off way too early prior to checkout and my husband got locked out of the back door of the building when he took our luggage to the vehicle. He did not enjoy this inconvenience!
