Staff were wonderful !! Sheets and bedding were a little weird! I prefer to make my own bed and struggled for awhile I came to conclusion bedding was just a little too small for bed but that’s such a little thing. Pool was also closed one of the days which was annoying saying this was a big part for stay but it opened back up at 4 just too many kids for our liking for a swim great stay nonetheless

We spent an extra $100 to stay here because our last three hotel visits were Homewood suites and were awesome. The attendant at the check-in was amazing. The rest of the stay was not. I called ahead of time to be sure the pool was working. We were told it was, so we booked. When we headed down to the pool, 4 kids in tow, the pool was not working. When we arrived to breakfast, half was gone. The fruit was never refilled so no fruit. There were no glasses for drinks. We had to scrounge for paper cups somewhere else in the lobby. There were no utensils so three of my family members had to share. The waffle maker wasn’t ready and breakfast had been open for an hour and a half already. The shower had lotion in it instead of hair conditioner and I’m pretty sure the shampoo was unscented hand soap. The shower didn’t drain so your feet get to take a dirty water bath. The bed was comfortable and clean so that is a plus. Extremely disappointed with the stay considering the price.

We loved it and will definitely stay again! We were in town for an event and the location was convenient to not only the event itself, but also many other points of interest. The staff were so friendly and the room was exactly what we needed. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many options. Our kids had a great time and we couldn’t have asked for more. My husband said this place will be our new staple hotel when we visit the area.

Lobby stays locked 24-7 When arriving after a long drive- my family was left to talk to attendant through a phone We were told we would be called when room was ready and were not. Room Was very very far from any available parking Attendant was unfriendly and uncaring

It has been a very trying experience here- when we checked in we were given a bigger room and promised that room would be our room for our 12 day stay; however we were kicked out the next morning because of their error and used the bulk of our day packing and moving rooms. Most staff other than the G.M. (who is a wonderful man) are very unconcerned with their guest’s needs or accommodations. Today — our one free day to use the pool, we discovered it’s closed with no notice and we are not even allowed to sit on the chairs around the pool to relax outside. Manager on duty couldn’t care less that this is our family’s only day to relax at our hotel and is the same to make us change rooms and waste our first day in Oklahoma. We have stayed here for years and will never come back when we show our horses next year. We have not been comped for a single mishap and are Hilton Reward members.
