Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jenks, an IHG Hotel

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at !!!! The place so clean and has everything you need to stay comfortable with kids . The breakfast was amazing the pool was clean and indoor And the staff is absolutely the friendliest people I have ever met they were absolutely soo helpful and the rooms are nice and clean

We booked a river view room and were given keys to a parking lot view room. We dropped our belongings in the room and left the hotel to eat. Upon our return our keys would not work. We went to the front desk to find out why and were rudely told by staff that they shut down the key due to non payment and no credit card on file. I was told when I checked in at 1:30am I did not pay. I explained that i didn't check in at 1:30am, I checked in around 5pm and I most certainly did pay as well as put a credit card on file. The staff realized that they mistook me for someone else and had given me keys to the wrong room. So my belongings were in someone else's room who had skipped out on their bill while we were away to dinner. This caused me concern as to whether my belongings were safe. Luckily the people who skipped out on their bill hadn't returned and did not steal any of our belongings but I was very uncomfortable with the situation. We were given keys to our actual room, the river view room that I paid for, and staff assisted us in moving our things to the correct room. My family went to the pool to enjoy a swim. The doors to the outdoor patio were locked and it was unbearably hot in the pool area with no access to the outdoor patio. There was nowhere to sit and multiple chairs were broken or in disrepair. The bed in our room was comfortable, but the sofa bed was unsuitable even for a child. You could feel every spring poking you.

Everyone was very helpful and nice especially the lady taking care of breakfast. We are grandparents and 2 small children with us . She was amazing!

Aesthetically this hotel was very nice. The entry lobby is one of the ncorst Holiday Inns I have seen. The rooms are nice, woth updated finishes. The beds were not very comfortable. I woke up with my back hurting. Breakfast was meh, but it was "free". The pool was small and VERY loud. They need to add some acoustic dampening. I found myself plugging my ears with abput 10 kids in the pool. In general, all hotels that have indoor pools, need to heat them more. They are always on the cold side. The kids had fun but the water was on the cold side. Adults would enjoy it more if they would put in a hot tub.

The pool is cold, the breakfast is lacking (greasy pork sausage, tuff turkey sausage, but the omelet and potatoes are good), in the bathroom the shower head is very low and the water diverter is difficult to operate. How ever the bed is nice and soft. You can hear people outside talking and other rooms televisions on. Plus kids running on the floor above.

Other than kids above us banging around it was nice.

Very clean and friendly staff. Good selection for breakfast. Be careful around the pool. The brick around the pool is very slick. Grandchildren slipped several times. Overall the stay was very nice. Very convenient as it is right next to the Oklahoma Aquarium.
