The clerk at the desk locked us outta our room when we came back from being out for the day to speak to us about a crying baby at 2:30 am. YES we have 2 babies a 9 month old and a 2yr old. They were asleep by 1:00 am we traveled all day and did not check in until 11:15 pm. But NO no one was crying at 2:30 am 🙄 we were all asleep. But yes babies do cry and all we can do is try our best to calm them. But we paid for our room too. Sorry that the rooms are not noise proof and we did have 3 nock on our doors and run. Through the night. The last one at 630-7am ish. Not happy but it is what it is. Nope won’t be staying here again. And this was my 4th time staying at this hotel.

This was a nice stay! Me and my family stayed here comfortably. Front desk person at check in was really nice! About 15 mins from wherever we wanted to go. We would stay here again.

Sherry at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. Said that she had canceled our upcoming reservations and if we wanted to stay for the night that was fine but we had to leave first thing in the morning and would not give me a reason as to why she was very rude and very disrespectful talk to me and my husband like we were children belittling us in front of our child when asked what prompted her behavior she said she was just doing what management told her to do I've tried to contact Choice multiple times in regards to this and have not received a call back and the manager of this property at the audacity to send me an email thanking me for staying there inviting me to come back.

They charged our card twice refused to see that the payment had already been paid. The night staff stated breakfast was until ten. We had small children and getting the up early after a long drive is hard so the extra time in the morning was important. We came down to eat and the food had already been put away at 9 am. We were there at 9:15 am. So we paid for the room twice once through Travelocity and then again in person. We will never stay at one of this hotels again. It clear they have issues as the hotel was empty and even with that there was not place to park our RV but the hotel next door was full and had parking for us.

I stay here when I am in town visiting family. The staff is very friendly. This time the water in the shower wouldn't turn off. Staff called a plumber. Listening to the loud sound of water pouring out was not pleasant, but not the staff's fault that the plumber took over an hour to arrive to look into the issue.

Hotel staff was very friendly we were late and called ahead to notify staff. Our room was very spacious and clean for family of 5. Breakfast was ready as soon we arrived and and not bad at all.The pool area was small the overall experience was great.

The breakfast was great! Most of the staff were kind and understanding. Warning! The pool has no shade! The temp was 97 degrees on July 10, 2022. We chose this hotel for a 2 night stay with a pool and breakfast to create grandkid/grandparents memory. Our destination was the Gathering Place early Sunday morning, then return to the hotel to swim in the afternoon. Unlike their pictures online, there was no shade to sit to supervise the kids while swimming. There were tables but no umbrella, an iron pergola but no covering. I have pictures to prove it. I inquired about the shade and asked for a sheet and was told no sheet, that it would be fixed the next day. Well, we weren’t going to swim the next day because we were checking out and leaving. I got permission to use pool towels to place on the iron pergola. This was a disappointing situation to be in but because we needed to be there to supervise our 4 grandkids swim, we had to have some type of shade, from 3:00-5:30pm. So, I grabbed a bunch of towels from the gym, a chair and in the hot sun for about 15 mins climbed up and down the chair to carefully place towels (that were short) on only 2 of the 6 iron bars at the top. My thought was, if I can get just a 3x3 shade that should work. It worked, temporarily. The wind blew some down. I went back to the lobby, where they had a bit of compassion since they saw me on camera. Someone found sheets and a curtain. The curtain worked! I should’ve had to do any of that! No discount!
