They violated me and my service family dog’s rights. They only allowed us to stay on first floor where pets are housed which was filthy and reeked of urine. Staff are all from India and did not welcome animals and made us feel uncomfortable. Room smelled of urine and carpet was dark and filthy. Towels were crusty disgusting. Staff needs educating about ADA and service animal rights. I would give it negative 100 stars. Hotel needs to be shut down it’s so filthy.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Only complaint was some kids in the pool Leo splashing my 3 year old granddaughter and their mother said NOTHING to them. No fault of the hotel.

Stayed the night after a long travel. Great stay clean comfortable and quiet. Will stay again and recommend to friends and family.
