This hotel was amazeballs! It was clean, modern, and well lit (the truck stops nearby may look a little sketch, but the Indian food in the truck stop within walking distance was great!). Beds were VERY comfortable, floor was clean, and the breakfast was easily the best we’ve had in years from a hotel (eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, etc.). We stayed for three nights, and my teenager wishes that we could live in it. The staff was very friendly, our whole family highly recommends staying here!

For our family of 5 the stay was above Par. Even with renovations they still kept the Hotel very clean. Staff was very helpful and nice for anything you need. The breakfast was convenient and great even the little pancake machine. The pool for my family was a plus loved it, clean, and warm. Thank you Holiday Inn ill be coming back again.

The room was nice and clean, and the kids loved the pool. We didn't spend too much time in our room as we were at frontier city park, the hotel is conveniently located right up the street from the park. Who wouldn't love that?! The room could easily sleep 6! Kinda tight fit but perfect for a night's sleep. There is a microwave and mini fridge. Cons There was only 2 towels in the suite!! Two towels, two bath towels and 2 hand towels. Didn't really care for the Dove products kinda felt like they are watered down. However our little family had a blast and Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was terrible as they couldn’t find my reservation and then said my reservation was for September despite the fact that my confirmation showed the accurate dates in June. They then told me they could rebook it but it would be a different room type and they finally said it would be at a higher rate. With tired and hungry kids as well as tornado warnings for the surrounding area I continued to go with whatever they said. Once we were in a room, we were pleased. Clean and comfortable overall.

Thought i booked a family room and turns out it wasnt that room and did not have available. Was not offered any discount or anything for that. Host that checked us in was not very helpful or seemed to care.

Didn't seem like they wiped down Surfaces or replenished towels from previous guests. Neighbors were bouncing a ball against the wall for hours after 10pm, called service desk a few times with no answer. Older unsupervised kids in the pool diving and making it dangerous for the younger children to enjoy. Not a bad place just not great circumstances.

I chose this hotel because it was right off 35 with quick access to 44. It was a really good place to stay! Very clean! Very nice staff. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. It was a great place for someone needing to spend the night for a quick rest (family or solo). Beds were great too!

Overall the hotel was perfect location for us. Was a little disappointed when we arrived. The pictures of the room were not the family suite we got. We were little cramped for space but we made do with that as we were a late check in. The beds and pillows were comfy as always with Holiday Inn and Suites. It seemed the hotel was short staffed as we had problems getting towels the next morning for showers. There were 6 of us in bigger room and there was only 2 towels when we asked said it would be a while as they were just washing some. The breakfast was great. Staff that was there was great but glad we were only there for 1 night

Front desk staff not friendly. Pool was very small and cloudy. Tons of large dogs barking most of the evening coming from rooms. They have no limit on the amount of pets that can stay with you. We saw a family leaving with 6 Great Danes all from one room. At 6am they put these dogs in the hallway and they ran around barking. Location is close to frontier city but not a real good area otherwise.
