The hotel is everything it supposed to be and Christa was amazing did a great job taking care of me and my family during this stay.

Pros: Location was safe, easy to find, and near what we wanted to do in Hot Springs, free parking, large room, pool area & fitness area, free breakfast was good (kids liked it). Cons: The room needed an overahaul and was worn out. Carpet was dirty/stained, beds were not comfortable, Bathroom was kind of clean. The green wallpaper was a poor/ugly choice but it was also stained with white toothpaste or who knows what all over. Room was worn. The worst were the jerks who thought it was ok to hang out and be loud and obnoxious outside our room. Obviously not the fault of the hotel, but added to the unpleasantness.

Great stay, clean, comfortable, and the staff was great. My daughter and her family were supposed to be in the room next to me, but when they checked in at 11;30pm, the room had not been cleaned. They were offered another room down the hall. No biggie, it worked out better for them.

Hotel was great, all the comforts of home. Breakfast was so-so. And the pool is pretty small even for our small kids. But overall it was a nice hotel and we would stay again.

We decided to stay an additional night. Not that big of a deal right? Wrong! The hotel couldn’t have made it more difficult. We’d booked through Expedia, so we had to go back to them. Then go back to the hotel to plead for our same room. What a mess. Ended up wishing we would have not decided to stay. The room was clean, but basic. No frills. The sheets were very soft, but the bed was lumpy. The shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower kept coming apart and the bathroom floor was very slick when wet. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was not great! The fresh fruit was a bit shriveled, the milk was spoiled, and basically my kiddos went hungry. Overall, I don’t think well be back.

Our daughters live in OKC and we usually stay with them when visiting. This time we decided it would be better for everyone to not boot grandkids out of their beds on Christmas Eve. This Homes2 Suites is just a couple of blocks away from our daughter. We were very pleased with our stay. Excellent late check in, immaculate room, earth friendly modern design and great price with a convenient self serve breakfast. The young man who checked us in at 10:30 Christmas Eve said he had been at the desk since 7:00 that morning. He was also there Christmas morning as we checked out. We asked if he spent the night and he told us he volunteered to work because others had children and he was happy to cover for them! We have been on thousands of miles of road trips and have stayed in many hotels around the country. This one was one of the most comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Great hotel I had a late checkout at noon and the manager came to my door at 12:04 had an attitude and told me I was supposed to be gone remind you I have 4 kids with me and was literally about to walk out the door double checking I had everything because of this I will never return there great pool and breakfast though easy check in I also had a do not disturb sign on my door and noticed that it was removed and housekeeping came and clean my room when I was there so now it makes me wonder if they will clean the room again or just assign the room to the next person
