Fairfield Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Quail Springs

Overall an average hotel. A few things made my stay less than ideal: 1) I paid for the executive suite, but since the people above me had multiple kids that kept stomping and jumping off the bed and making all kinds of noise I asked to be moved to a different room. They didn’t have any more suites so I got a regular room with the employee not even offering to give me some of my money back or anything, but at least it was quiet after that. The second thing that wasn’t really a huge issue just kinda strange and sketchy, there were what seemed to be multiple homeless people that were always just hanging out by the front door, some of them would even come inside and sit in the lobby for hours and watch tv. It seemed like the desk clerk knew them bc he would go outside with them and smoke right in front of the door and talk with them periodically. These are all assumptions, but if it’s not the case then it’s definitely perceived that way. Regardless I would not stay here again
