Comfort Inn & Suites Quail Springs

Front desk lady was awesome but when i arrived my room was not ready or clean and i was late to my check in so it was no reason for the room not to be ready. Traveling with kids and expecting to get to the room you reserved at the time you are promised is very important to me and i hope the fleaning staff does better for future patrons. Also mold may be present under sinks bathrooms.

This was an amazing stay. Check in was quick and easy, room was spacious and clean with all amenities. We were celebrating my son’s birthday. The heated indoor pool was awesome, full breakfast in the morning had us feeling full before we started the day. We would definitely come back and recommend it to family, friends and anyone needing a nice place. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms came fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toiletries, Yeah enough towels for everyone and good amount of storage.

I have stayed at this hotel many times visiting family in OKC. I will not stay again. I’ve noticed a gradual downward decline in rooms, and last night’s stay was the bottom for me. Positives were: the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I slept well. Negatives were: a pencil thin stream of water from the sink tap. This has been the case for many other trips in every room we’ve occupied there. I washed my face from the bathtub tap. Not very comfortable. The “hot” water was faintly warm. Never hot. My family chose to not shower this morning rather than take a cold shower in a miserly stream of water. The temp control in the HVAC was missing in one room and didn’t work in the other. 1/3 of the light bulbs in the room/bath were either burnt out or missing completely. We rented 2 rooms as we have done every time we’ve stayed here. There are too many other nearby options to waste another dollar here, which is sad to me bc we have really liked staying at this hotel until recently and especially last night. I would not recommend this hotel any more.

Very Horrible experience, and unpleasant staff. Stay here for basketball tournament & Pool was full of bleach had kids throwing up and also started having trouble breathing! Toilets over flowing into the hall, black and orange colors coming out of the sinks and tubs and was told “ it’s okay you have to let it run for a little bit” no signs anywhere about room deposits /& not being able to use cashapp until your at the front desk. Highly don’t recommend staying here.

I rent two rooms in your hotel about 4-5 times per year to visit family. I love staying there and consider it the best place to stay in OKC for value, cleanliness, quality, and definitely friendly and helpful service. My only issue is that the water pressure is turned down way too low in the bathroom. It’s far too low in the sink. Give us even a little more water in the sink and it would be a perfect stay!

We couldn't get a hold of the front desk when we needed extra pillows. It seems like this is a family-run hotel, with one family member on duty at any time. The tub was very rusty, which was very disconcerting,

The first night we stayed fire alarms went off at 2:30 in the morning and 2:45. The beds are ungodly uncomfortable. Rooms were clean so I will give them that. Says there is a breakfast that lasts until 10:00. We got down there at 9:20 and it was locked up. We were told that it's actually 9:00 but they have not changed the placard on the door outside the breakfast area. So we did not get breakfast from the hotel but had to go get something for our family. Several other guests were upset about this as well. The second morning we were there it still was not open and they have Frozen sandwiches and donuts from Sam's club to eat. No apologies or anything. We will not be staying here again.

Very clean, comfortable. Easy access, friendly staff. Only negative would be the indoor pool was a bit small, but kids still enjoyed it. (Most indoor pools are small-so not really a big complaint.)

Stayed for a quick family trip. Location was great. Room was ok. Suprised there wasnt a coffee maker or paper cups in the room . Body soap was empty the whole stay and was never checked. Breakfast was good the first morning after that breakfast was hard to come by. Staff was friendly when we saw them but they were few and far between. Would we stay there again. Yes we would just for the location .
