Very good experience. Traveled with my family and the hotel was great. Maybe the only thing that I can remember is to ensure the AC is on on the pool area and fitness center, but other that that, was a great experience.

Our stay was okay. Chris at the front desk was fantastic for check in process. Even though the hotel is on the newer side, it def could use a deep clean and updating. The drawer under the tv was missing half fram around the drawer and the drawer was broken. Someones crotch goblins decided to scream and jump and run at 2am for an hour. Breakfast was decent your typical hotel breakfast. The little water features in the pool area for our toddler was good, she enjoyed the water. Would stay again for a quick overnight stop.

I rented 2 rooms and the one i rented for my son and his family had a pull out sofa bed and it was broke. When I called down stairs the lady stated she was aware of that,so I asked where are the 2 kids going to sleep? They found a small roll away bed which they could not fit both on. There was never an apology or anything. Did not call and check on them. Room 519! Breakfast was terrible, gravy was like water.

The room was big and clean but the bathroom was dirty and towels were dirty we got a handicap bathroom so showering the kids was really hard because water would get out easily. At night the upper bathroom drawings mad a terrible banging noise so I slept very little.

NIght desk clerk was mising for 20 mintjues, I started calling hotel, once it rang through some told me I was at wrong hotel as they were standing at front desk. Same person with same voice cam out of kitchen carrying cookies approx. 10 minutes later. She proceed to answer a phone that was not ringing--THREW it across the side desk to hit wall, then looked at me to check me in.....Not easily scared I looked her straight in the eye whole time.. she knew I knew it was her who told me on the phone I was at wrong hotel... most likely on drugs.. AS far as hotel it is worn, I wont stay again as for same price can stay a better kept hotel down the street. Stayed specificlly due to great family ratings traveling with kids.

everything ok the only thing was the pool water to cold the only reason we book here was bc the kids pool and we come here and heather dont work on the pool so is cold water no good

Very clean and modern. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool was really cool, especially for kids, and it was very clean and well taken care of. Only negative was the very uncomfortable bed, which was hard as a rock. My husband and I didn't sleep well at all because of that, but our kids slept fine.
