DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Oklahoma City Airport

I accidently left an expensive diamond necklace and Ericka helped me find it over the phone! A++++ trustworthy staff! We stay here at least monthly while visiting family. Thank you.

I was given keys that didn’t work and when I was able to get into the room there was already a family in the room I was assigned. A little scary

Staff was friendly, check in was easy. I did not know about putting the extra card down for incidentals but I had it with no issues. The room was clean and spacious and the beds of course were soooo comfortable. The breakfast was good and just $5. I usually stay at places that have somewhat continental without the extra charge (so much so that I look at pictures to see if I can tell what they have lol). There was a good choice of things to eat. Room service was available but we didn't use that service. Wifi was free but honestly a pain to sign into I had to use my hotspot. It made you sign into a the hilton honors to use it and the devices wouldn't auto sign in because of that the first few times. Very frustrating for a toddler to wait. If its offered free it should be free without strings. The TV had direct TV and was ok if you wanted to watch something on it. It was not a smart TV so no access to any apps you could sign into or listening to music at night. I have stayed at other placed that were not hilton that had larger than a 32 inch TV that was a smart TV so I think that is something that needs to be upgraded. My grand daughter liked the pool access and the hours were appropriate. It was not overly noisy in the hallways and the elevators worked timely. I would stay there again.

Had the largest suite. It was excellent. 2 king beds in separate areas. Very clean amd new feeling. Lots restaurants in area. Very quick to airport. Trouble at check-in. It showed we had one single room /one king bed. The front desk was confused at that. I showed my booking and they made itt good. Whew! I has called the hotel about 4 times to be sure we were getting correct room when I booked. Jacuzzi is nice. Pool is perfect temp. Quite small. Not a family-size pool.

The lack of housekeeping was problematic. The staff was great, but I noticed people needing to hunt down maidservice for towels and other needs. Each room should be touched everyday, even if you don't offer full services. One party had a baby which included dirty diapers in the trash. Even when requested, trash was not picked up regularly. For the cost, it wasn't worth it. I wouldn't stay there again.
