The room was not as described. The bath tub was Not a jet bath tub as described. The pool was small so even a small family covers the whole pool. The breakfast was terrible. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. We got locked out of our room multiple times because of who knows because the staff didn’t even tell me why. Honestly this hotel was not a great experience which was unfortunate.

Even though we had paid for the room and had received the confirmation, we did NOT get any room once we reached the hotel. The manager Frances Young just said that they did not have even a single room available even though we had paid for the room already and she did not use the word 'Sorry' even once during our entire conversation but simply said 'It may be a glitch in the system. We don't have any room. You can leave!!'. It was an unbelievable and terrible experience at 10 PM with kids waiting in the car tired. We had to book another room ourselves and go there after about an hour.

Evening desk manager was super helpful. Brought family member in after surgery and there was only one wheel chair which someone had borrowed and not returned. Only option was to use the desk chair with rollers. Doors shutting at night are very loud. AC had issues in the middle of the night. Overall nice hotel just a few minor complications.

I didn’t get the room I reserved and was told they could do nothing about it and when I asked for blankets so my adult kid could sleep on the floor and was given 1 lightweight blanket!
