Comfort Inn & Suites Oklahoma City South I-35

Hotel was nice, but I was shocked by the immediate area surrounding the hotel. I was traveling alone w/2 pre-teen children, and I felt nervous about the industrial nature of the location and how remote stores and restaurants were. I did not feel safe stopping at local convenience stores for gas or snacks. OKC was disappointing, overall, because of the amount of trash visible everywhere. I was also surprised by the extensive numbers of unhoused people present at each intersection. Had a fantastic visit to the OKC Memorial Museum but have no desire to ever return to OKC in the future.

Stayed 5/11-5/12/24 - Best beds anywhere. Desk clerk was very friendly and attentive. Lots of kids due to sports, but it was so quiet you’d never know it. If we get back to OKC, we will be staying again.

Breakfast had a nice selection my kids did enjoy this as well as the pool area. The room did not come with good lightening and or extras for the fold out couch.things were in a weird place as if the hotel was just updated. It was very mediocre.

The heat didn’t work and the kids couldn’t enjoy the pool it had entirely too much chlorine. No solution was found.

We stayed with our 2 foster babies and had a ton of stuff. We left s completely full hanging toiletry bag on the back of the bathroom door. When we called about it, no one had seen it. Really?

This property was great for our family. Very clean and safe. Our kids loved the pool. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.

Our room was comfortable. We stayed 1 night just in town for a concert.The noise started about 8 am with the maid and apparently her child that accompanied her to work .The kid was laughing , talking and running up and down the hall and the maid did nothing to shut them up.This went on till we left around 11.We were trying to enjoy our night away but anyway.The hotel staff were nice and friendly.We have stayed here before with no issues.Maybe the maid couldnt find a babysitter and they probably cant find reliable help and allowed it but it was a bit ridiculous

Upon arrival at 5:15pm, the front desk was empty. We waited approximately 15 minutes for someone to begin the check in process. We were then advised our room was not ready even though check in time was stated in my confirmation email as 3pm. The front desk staff member was full of excuses including not enough cleaning staff. We asked for a refund of our room so we could find a different hotel as we had been on the road for 9 hours on our journey home. We were told that this was not an option due to the rate we reserved at. Okay. We then asked when the room would be ready and were told no later than 8pm. I asked what we could do to speed it up. The front desk staff stated that they would go up and check to see if it was clean. We waited another 15 minutes at an empty desk and were told that the room was in fact ready. Great. Staff was incredibly unfriendly and unapologetic. At one point, more people walked in to check in and staff stated, “are you kidding me?” We quickly went to the room on floor 2 where we were greeted with a heavy marijuana smell in the hallway. Upon entry to our room, we were pleasantly surprised that the smell was not in the room but what we did find was grossly disturbing. Toenail clippings on the floor of the bathroom out into the entry way. Mold in the shower. Water in the window seal. I would not recommend your hotel to my worst enemy. Hopefully this will save the next exhausted family the headache and disgust that we experienced.

The room was just okay. Not horrible but not great. Things were not in the best condition. The horrible part was we tried to swim and they had like 13 kids in there that were diving and SCREAMING SO LOUD it was deafening! It was miserable! They kept pushing us up against the edge of the pool so we couldnt even move. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

Roach crawling on my arm in the middle of the night. Front desk night man couldn’t do anything to accommodate me and my family. We packed up at 4:30am and checked out. In addition we was giving the wrong number to speak to a manager.
