I have a kiddo at OU & stay in hotels often. I love the location because you can avoid game day traffic. Friendly staff, quiet rooms, great AC, clean, new everything, comfy beds & overhead lighting! Not just lamps! The included breakfast, though, needs improvement (and I’m a nurse who is used to hospital food). The coffee is fabulous though.

The staff welcomed us warmly as we arrived and were very responsive to any needs that arose during our stay. The room setup, with separate bedroom and living room, was ideal for our 3 adults and 1 child, with varying sleep schedules.

Stayed for 5 nights (3 kids 2 adults registered) first night no A/C I have a special needs grand daughter and a 13 month old. Swapped rooms ac was fine in the other. The access is not as advertised for special needs. You would think house keeping would make their way around but nope if we needed towels, toilet paper, trash bags or trash taken out( 13 mo old poo is not pleasant) I had to locate and retrieve or remove. The staff was friendly but did not seem to have a good management team. Key card was shut off multiple times and with 3 kids not easy on the 4th floor. Breakfast was wonderful and the kitchen staff are AWESOME! For a newer hotel I expected more. I will NOT be staying with the Holiday Inn again.

8:22 pm, 15 minutes upon arrival I received a phone call that they were overbooked and there was no room for me, 2 children & my elderly dog. Very unhappy. 50 years of travel, never had a reservation negated!

Love the Holiday Inn hotel. Always have great service and staff. The rooms are so spacious and the bed are so comfortable to be able to relax and enjoy family time. Love their continental breakfast plenty to choose from. Love the indoors pool and hot tub to enjoy time with my grandkids and not worried about getting sunburned. We’ll definitely be back.

My family Loved having extra space to spread out for the weekend. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was missing a hair dryer and iron, but a call to the front desk had them delivered to my door right away.. Hotel location is convenient to shopping, dining and the university.

This was my second stay at this hotel while visiting family in Norman. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was very quiet, when the hotel was near capacity. Although I only had cereal for breakfast, I noted the breakfast bar is extensive. Several price ranges of restaurants are just across the street. I will return!
