This hotel was nice, and the staff was excellent. But the bathroom doors are the worst. They are all frosted glass and you can see right through them. My husband had to leave the room so my teenage daughter could shower or go to the bathroom. It is a truly terrible design. I'm not sure what they were thinking for a family or a group of people to stay here, very poor design idea.

Stayed there this last weekend with my wife and kids. Didn't have many issues. The couple issues we did have, the bed that my wife and I slept on was not very comfortable. The other issue that I had, was the bathroom doors that were see through. Definitely not a good thing to have when our kids were present in the room

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was hot despite adjusting the hvac unit. Housekeeping didn’t take care of our room while we were out and about. The room was nice. The frosted glass doors are aesthetic but offer limited privacy to those staying in the room. There were a lot of unattended children and teenagers using the facilities (pool, exercise room, etc.) who also roamed the halls at night.

They dont clean the rooms. Hair on the counters. Weird crap stuck on the shower wall. Coffe table was damaged and a wicked sharp vorner which cut my child. Showed pictures and evidence to hotel they refused to refund any money. This hotel is disgusting, they don't care about their customers. They did not even offer firat aid to the kiddo, which i had it, but it should have been done. The General Manager needs to find a job not dealing with the public because her customer service skills are crap. Dont stay here, dont waste your money.

The rooms were great. The location is excellent for most of the attractions in Oklahoma City. It was a great stay for our family for a few days!

The pool was disgusting. I took my kids there on a whim to take them swimming and have fun but it was too gross to stay long. I literally jumped in and got right back out. In my 14 year olds words it smelt like a pool filled with farts. We went back in the morning and you could see a film on top. In the room we found a lovely tube sock and other items in the pullout bed area (don't mind the bed stains. We put everything we found by the door for them to dispose of. I did leave the hairs inside the drawers for them though.
