Best Western Greentree Inn & Suites

Amazing customer service. Only thing was that the white cloth shower curtain had mildew in the bottom of it. Other than that, nice place to rest with my kid for a softball tournament. Delicious breakfast; items were stocked as they were going to the families. We would stay again.

Very clean. Much nicer than the others nearby. The hotel mgr or front desk clerk acknowledged us by name and our fur baby. He was very polite. I was very pleased with our stay.

We stayed for a family vacation and enjoyed the property. It was not a new property, but they have done well maintaining the area and keeping everything clean. The compliments go to the individuals working there as it was always a nice smile and happy discussion whenever we would come or leave. The criticisms are mainly for the beds which were very uncomfortable for us personally. I suspect each person is their own when it comes to beds and maybe others would find this type of stiffness refreshing. I recommend anyone stay at this location as you will find a good place to be with a decent pool and breakfast as well. We traveled with our kids and also noticed many other families with kids, so this is definitely a kid friendly hotel.

Other than the front desk employee nothing else about the hotel was great. The room wasn't clean; stains everywhere on the carpet, i felt the need to wear shoes in the showers and the room smelled. I was with my family including 2 small children and if it wasnt for being on the road for 12hrs and being completely exhausted we would've stayed some place else. Not to mention the location is terrible.

Staff was great and breakfast had options. Few issues with our room but nothing worth not staying here over. Except mattress was not comfy but each to their own opinions on that. All around I would recommend staying here, easy access to any where. was perfect for our weekend stay to see family.

Overall had a good stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was pretty good. It’s a good location right off the interstate with lots of places to eat and things to do close by. The hotel itself is pretty outdated as was our room, the carpet in our room had black stains and just looked dirty, but everything was clean. The AC worked great!

The manager was always making sure things ran smoothly. Remembered my name from check in and conversed with my family and I every chance he had. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I saw was the tub was very narrow causing water to spill over into floor causing a slip hazard. Overall will make this our go to hotel for when my family travels to okc again. Location was great! Right by family and easy when traveling around the sights of OKC.

Stained pillowcases. Half eaten food in drawers. Front desk clerk no mask and wanted us to clean food. Walls and floors are very thin. Got to listen to family next door from 10pm to midnight and herd of elephants upstairs at 4am.

Arrived about 1,checked in quickly.Front desk was very accommodating,gave me a room with easy access.Room was pleasant and clean,plenty of hot water.Pool was nice and warm,enjoyed it a lot.There was a little noise from the freeway,but not too bad.Breakfast was good and plenty,there were lots of choices.Checkout was easy,and the front desk lady even gave me directions to Cracker Barrel where I met some of my family for lunch.I will stay again whenever I am in town.

Our room was equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee make and hair dryer. Air conditioner worked well, the beds were comfortable, room was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the last night there must have been a family of elephants overhead because they were running back and forth and banging things - this was not the fault of the hotel. Our room was reasonable and I would stay there again.
