Sleep Inn & Suites Lawton Near Fort Sill

We had to shorten our trip because Hurricane Beryl was heading toward our house in Texas, they refused to give us a one night stay refund, not acceptable!!! We are a retired couple that came to Oklahoma for a family wedding. We have no control over the weather and really wanted to visit Lawson and Fort Sill since my husband was stationed there 49 years ago, if we reschedule, we will certainly not choose Sleep Inn and Suites for our stay.

The staff members were very courteous to my family and went out of their way to meet our needs. The rooms were large and had a nice comfy mattress, everything we needed for our stay.

I had extended due to my business taking longer than expected. Again, nice welcoming upon entering the building. My room was clean and inviting. The establishment was again tranquil, feeling like a home away from home. For breakfast, I enjoyed a strawberry waffle with eggs and sausage. Yes, I would stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

The front desk reception was welcoming. The room was clean and inviting. I slept like a baby. The place was tranquil. The shower was spacious and warm. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again. Thank you, Sleep Inn & Suites, for providing me with a place of comfort.

We planned to stay 2 nights but due to a family situation we needed to check out after one night. Management OKed the cancelation of the 2nd night and would credit us later. Thank you so much in assisting with a difficult family situation. SADLY IM STILL WAITING FOR SLEEP INN TO APPROVE MY REFUND. REALLY? WHY?

Clean, smaller hotel. Staff was professional and polite. Our king bed room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was okay. It is a regular complimentary breakfast, but they do have two waffle irons, that’s nice. I would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

First of all, they use some kind of strong air freshener which is not good. Are they covering up an odor? Do they consider that some of us may be allergic to artificial scents? A/C needs updating. It’s either full on or off. No in-between. Can’t use phone to call other rooms. It goes straight to the front desk and they get tired of people calling them. Carpets in room could be cleaner. There are no device chargers built into the lighting apparatus. The one elevator is super slow and the stairs aren’t easy to find. But once you do, use the stairs for trips without luggage. The walls are super thin! You can hear ever car that zooms by, every conversation in nearby rooms and every door that shuts. All of that said, the free breakfast is great! It’s got a better selection of a wide variety of breakfast foods and is replenished often. The scrambled eggs are actual eggs, not the frozen or powdered variety. You can make your own waffles, there are even Pop Tarts for those who want them. Their coffee is actually good. So the breakfast, the nice price and the fact that they are trying to cater to the many military families that come through here for Basic Training graduation keeps my rating of this hotel from being lower. It just needs lots of updating.

The customer service was horrible. The worst hotel stay I ever had. I just wasted my points on this horrible place. I had to buy an extra room because the hotel didnt allow visitors and my family was here for a birthday party.

The property was clean,but the bed looked old . The sheet looked like someone slept on them the night before. They looked crushed. The staff was really nice. The day I left to attend family day with my son and his family when I came back my necklace was missing. Were i leave it was in my make-up bag in a small jewelry bag on the counter in the bathroom. When I came back, it was out on the counter. At that moment, I knew something was wrong . I looked, and there was no necklace . I went to the front desk and spoke to the man who was there and he told me that it had never happened in the hotel before. I didn't believe anything he said. He called a woman who was in charge of housekeeping, and i told her the same thing i told him . They claimed the person who cleaned my room was already gone home, and they were going to show up at her house and searched it. The day I attended my event and I was to leave the following day ,I heard a knock on my door ,It was the same woman from housekeeping with my necklace in her hand . She was telling me she found it in the elevator and she was wondering if it was mine. I told her how it would get in the elevator , and i hadn't worn it since I had been there. In the ending, I'm happy to get it back . I know I won't be staying there again. I also wouldn't incorrige anyone to stay there .

Over the past 6 years ..We visit Lawton Oklahoma quite frequently as our son-in-law is in the military and my daughter and he have a large family. A family member was having surgery on this visit and as always this hotel met my hotel snob criteria. I have been disappointed with hotels in lawton in the past. Even hotel chains that are supposed to be superior have been horrible in Lawton and its hard to find the wonderful customer service in Lawton that they give you EVERYTIME at this Sleep Inn & Suites. The room is always clean, with. Microwave & mini refrigerator. The beds are clean and they're always fresh and comfortable. The linens are fresh and picked up and clean ones delivered daily. The housekeeping is wonderful....they have a hot tea and coffee bar that's available 24 hours in the lobby. They have a nice basic breakfast with waffles, eggs, fruit, yogurt, & cereal. I can always count on consistency when I visit this hotel. The lobby is nice with a nice TV and it's very welcoming & relaxing. We are thankful for this Hotel, service & cleanliness every-time we visit from SC! *** bonus is a nice indoor pool.
