Holiday Inn Express & Suites Blackwell, an IHG Hotel

Was just a stop over on a family trip. 2nd time we have stayed here. Check in was easy. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was above average compared to most free breakfast. Will stay again next year again when passing thru.

The property is updated and nice. The breakfast was delicious. The shower is hot and has great pressure. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Room was extremely filthy (sheets stained, hair all over the bathroom, toilet unclean). We asked to be switched (we would have left but it was too late for our child) and got another dirty room but she said that’s what she could offer. Dirt and debris were visible on the counter and floor in the 2nd room. The overnight person said to speak to the morning manager before leaving. I was going to speak to the morning staff but the front desk people were not available I must’ve waited for 10-15 mins. Another guest and I kept pushing the call button in the front desk for service and decided to leave. Terrible stay!
