Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Elk City, an IHG Hotel

Great place to stay after a long drive. The bathroom was really nice and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was a hit with the kiddos (they love the pancake maker machine). We really enjoyed our brief stay and would stay again in the future. Recommended!

My kids loved the pool. Nice bed too. Holiday inns are always good for us.

Great place, we’ve stayed there a few summers and recommended to family as well. Their pool is wonderful for the kids with water features to play with.

Great pool area for kids, especially little ones. The pool does not go past 5 ft and was so much fun for our kids 3 yrs old to 15, they all loved the water elements.

I don’t recommend this place at all. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. They will only allow you to have 2 towels at a time, we are a family of 4. Anytime we asked to exchange towels so the rest of us could shower as well( nobody want to shower with a wet towel), they acted like it was a major issue and we were the biggest inconvenience they have ever seen. We accidentally left something in the room and they are giving us the biggest runaround about it, honestly I feel like they are mad because I want my headphones IE the item that accidentally got left( AirPods). We went back to the hotel the next day and they were giving excuses left and right why they couldn’t had me back my headphones.

Very clean hotel and rooms, helpful staff and great pool area! Overall a great family hotel!

Travelling with an infant can be challenging, but Katie helped make our checkin seamless. She put us in a room that would be a little quieter to help reduce the risk of noise waking our baby. The facility itself was very clean. Currently undergoing a renovation of the front entrance, and yet, the place remained clean and quiet despite this Reno. Loved the pool- great for kids. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel was great. The kids loved the pool. The pool area was very hot if you weren’t swimming. Breakfast was good. The location of this hotel is great. Close to several restaurants and to Walmart. We will stay here again.

My family was disappointed to find out that pool is closed. No reason was given by the staff. The most important thing though was that the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
