Holiday Inn Express Clinton, an IHG Hotel

Enjoyed our stay, would recommend to families and travel location.

Was a one night stay. Desk personnel were wonderful and friendly. There were lots of children due to a water park next door. Was noisy but not unusual given spring break weekend. Other than that was a good place to sleep before I continued on my road trip

We had a great time at this hotel. A quick (but cold) walk outside gets you to the water park and that is the BEST feature. Staff is friendly and lovely. Hotel is clean, room was nice with lots of room to move for our toddler. We will be back.

this is a nice hotel - rooms are nice and big, pool is warm (some indoor pools are not), breakfast is pretty good (the woman manning it is very nice and personable). It is a busy hotel, or at least was when we were there, and so we had neighbors and could hear everything they were saying, their TV, and their upset toddler. Also, the cleaning staff needs to take a look at the walls, particularly above the beds.

I was very disappointed I choose this hotel for my kids. The heater didn’t work I have a newborn so that was fun. Pool was closed, stopped early for this feature. The carts have flat tires which made getting stuff in and out HELL. Over all one night for 200 + definitely not worth it.

We were in town visiting family. We love the water park. One of the bathroom lights was burned out, our tv kept going to a blank screen, very frustrating. Our key stopped working and then we had to wait 10 minutes to get another key bc there was just one person working the front desk. Once we got the key that one wouldn't work either, so we had to wait another 10 minutes bc there was someone checking in and only one person working the desk!!

The hotel staff was Amazing! Rooms, pool and breakfast...everything was great! Very kid friendly and right next to the Water Zoo.

Not close to anything,newer construction,seemed to be clean but 2 bugs in bathroom seen at night. Here to visit family and will pick differnt hotel next time. Little hard to find location.

Hard bed, room does not start to cool till you enter room 1st time (to save energy?), Have family in town and will find another place to stay next time. Breakfast is basic continental + scrambled egg or pre-made omlets and sausage.

Our stay in the Holiday Inn Express in Clinton, OK was one of (if not THE) worse hotel experience our family has had. I say so for the following reasons: 1. When we arrived, we were informed that the suite we had reserved with a King Bed & Queen Bed for our party of 5 was no longer available... that they had "been overbooked". They offered us a King bed with a pull out queen sofa or could send us to the hotel across the highway with two queens. Not wanting to deal with changing hotels at nearly midnight, we said we'd accept the King with pull out sofa. 2. The desk manager (Jeff) seemed annoyed that we were frustrated they had not kept our room available. He seemed to indicate that we should just be happy we were still getting a room. When he asked me to sign a paper with the fee rate for the room, he was frustrated that I said I wouldn't pay more for the downgrade room than for the original room I'd reserved. After arguing for minutes, he finally discounted the room the whopping $5 to match the original room rate. Most hotels would have been extremely apologetic and offered a discount, it not a comp night... not this place. 3. When we finally got to our room, we found that the pull out sofa was a twin, not a queen. We ended up having to cart in multiple cots to the room to make room for those in the room... again to the sighs of the staff. I could never, ever recommend someone stay in this hotel based on our experience.
