Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa

The stay was good. The toilet paper sucks !! The bottle water was two baby sizes or so of water bottles. Nothing to brag on there. For the price could have gotten a full water ! The staff was great.

We arrived late, and it was Monday night, so we went straight to bed. Slept like babies, the bed was so comfortable and we woke up refreshed. Loved the embroidered pillow!!! Breakfast was delicious at the diner, and was saddened the BJ tables weren't open until later that day. Would have liked to play.

I like they have an adult pool and a family pool. Everyone was so nice. The rooms were clean and the bed was soooo comfortable. The staff at Roite 66 that evening were great.

We stayed here for 1 night while on a roadtrip. The hotel check in was very hard to find (without having to walk our child and our luggage through the casino floor to find the check in desk). Check in was fairly quick. Staff kind of friendly. Room was very spacious and nice. Beds small but comfy. Bathroom pretty clean. The AC was terrible. Just blows the air directly into your face in the bed. Other than that I would stay here again.

Great time with family. Hotel was clean and they staff was wonderful. Everything from food to entertainment all in one place. The casino offers both smoking and nonsmoking areas, which was a plus.

The lamps in the room did not work and table tops were very dusty. The adult pool and hot tub had several kids under 14 daily.

nice restaurant was closed. diner was not nice. eggs were over cooked, even after i was specific. i made the reservation in my husbands name. he became ill and i went with other family. the clerk was not going to honor my prepaid reservation. we finally got her manager to

Heavy smoke smell, heaters in room dont work. Probably not the best place for kids. I chose due to the suite size.

Stayed there a night while in town to do some family business, and needed a place where we could decompress and have fun. Check in was a breeze. No issues at all. The room is spacious and very well kept up. The casino has some pretty rigid policies on bringing your own alcohol on property (even in your room), but that's not really an issue because there are plenty of places to get a drink if you want one. Excellent casino floor. Plenty of new and older slots and table games to be had. It does attract a lot of people from the area, so be prepared for a crowd. Great options for food both on property and in the surrounding area. The only complaint we had was that the Route 66 diner, at 8 a.m. on a Friday had a long line out the door for breakfast only 5 or 6 tables were actually being served (maybe a staffing issue?). But there's a great Waffle House in the casino parking lot, and we just hopped over there.

Stopped here overnight on our trip. Had high expectations as we have stayed at Hard Rock Tampa. Hotel smelt horrible of cigarette smoke! Seems like they try to cover it up with some sort of perfume/fragrance that makes it worse! Beds had no fitted sheets and hotel needs cleaned and updated. The pool for families needs cleaned and updated.
