Stoney Creek Hotel Tulsa - Broken Arrow

We had a great experience with our stay. The only downside was we had a middle floor and we had a very noisy family above us that stayed up late and seemed like they were having races until late at night. We were very cautious about being too loud because we could hear them above us. Everything else was great. We did end up doing Uber Eats with Oklahoma Joe’s across the street instead of the restaurant because we didn’t want to leave the room once we arrived for the night, so I can’t attest to the restaurant but it looked really nice.

I was extremely excited to get to this hotel and check into my room after helping my college kiddo move for 12hours straight. I was exhausted and hurting all over my body. I didn’t get to my room until midnight. I immediately showered. The knob on the shower was falling off and would barely turn. Ok whatever… shower and get ready to crawl into bed and I pull back the sheets to the most disgusting, filthiest set of sheets ever. I was BEYOND disgusted. Tons and tons of long black curly hair, some sort of animal hair, and pee stains everywhere including the pillows!! I took several pics, unfortunately I can’t upload to Expedia. Called the front desk and was brought new sheets that I had to change myself as they didn’t have cleaning crew that late. I chose to sleep on the couch and check out immediately in the morning. It’s a shame bc the outside of the hotel looks awesome!

Nice clean room with comfy beds. They had multiple gathering spaces for our group and a bar connected. Worked great for our family gathering.

Fantastic place to stay! Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was awesome and the kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool option.

Property appeared to be a cut above in appearance. However the guests next door young children were extremely loud (to the point of screeching) in addition to stomping around & jumping up & down. We enjoyed a respite when the family went to dinner,but noise resumed when they returned & the kids banged on the connecting door. We called Front Desk, but noise & stomping continued for another hour. Would not recommend.

Positives: Great stay, everything was smooth from walk in to walk out. This is a hotel that families frequent. This place is huge, breakfast was wonderful with so many options. Everything was sparkling clean. It’s just beautiful. Parking easy, microwave and fridge in room. Cons: Wi-Fi not the best, I had a hot spot so didn’t bother me. Glade Plugins or something similar was extremely overpowering when you walk in the front door and all of lobby area. There was a wedding going on so maybe it had something to do with that. Once up on the room floors scent faded to nothing. Strong smells cause me headaches so that was really the only negative thing I can say. Will stay every time I come to Tulsa to see my son and his family.

LOVED that breakfast was real meat, eggs, and milk! Heated pool was invigorating and went to breezy outdoors with dynamic view. Bed was comfy with a second TV for the kiddos. Didn't smell like a motel; so clean and fresh! Proprietary shampoos and conditioners are awesome, Keurig in the room, all Amana C-pacs, and the decor is very inviting!

Overall beautiful hotel and clean rooms, staff seemed friendly enough but when it came to the pool it was not what we expected they had an adult only from 10-11 pm and it was not respected nor watch by staff, we went there since we had tried going earlier and there was way to many kids before that, we try the adult time to go swimming and there was 4 kids, I did let the front desk know about this in hopes that the following night it would not be the same thing but it was the same people, let me clarify that it would have not bother me so much if the kids were not constantly splashing water at us while we were trying to enjoy the hot tub.

Excellent hotel, Friendly staff, Very good breakfast, convenient parking. Good to stay with family
