This was our second time staying here. The rooms having beds plus a nice, large pull out sofa option is great for us traveling with kids!

When we arrived they had over sold rooms. So i booked 2 rooms and only ended up with 1 room. Then went to our rolm that we all had to cram into because they didnt have a double bed. So it was 1 bed and a couch for 3 adults and a child. Get to are said room and bed looked like someone was sleeping in it and towles on the floor. Went back down stairs and the assistant manager had to clean another room for us. Get in that said room and only 2 towels for 5 people. Air-conditioner made an awful nosie and slugs were climbing up the wall from behind the closet. But due to all hotels being booked and over sold out. We were unable to get anything else. Made front desk aware of the situation as we checked out that morning. Very disappointed with this hotel as which we have stayed at swveral and have never had thia happen to us. We had to call eexpieda and have them contact the hotel to get our money refunded. Not an evening we had planned for.

This is the second time that my and family and I have stayed here. We had liked our stay the first time and I had to make sure that our stay would be at this particular place.

I had booked the room i wanted online which had 2 queen beds and a sofa pull out bc we had more people in our family. They had given our room away even though i had booked it 2-3 weeks in advance. It was sheer luck that the property across the street was a sister hotel and had a room that would fit our family.

Our door didn’t shut; the pool was nasty and no lock on door, no towels, breakfast was non existent, pull out couch had no bedding and the front desk clerk had none clean. Not a good place to stay with kids..

We booked a room with 2 queen beds & a double pull out couch to accommodate 4 adults, 1 toddler, & an infant.
The queen beds were comfortable, but the pull out couch, was more of a futon, which was very uncomfortable. We had to go ask the front desk for bedding for it as well and there was a marker we found underneath when pulling it out. The bathroom door handle was broken, as well as the toilet paper holder. We chose this specific hotel because they have an indoor pool, which turned out to be VERY cold, which was a negative, but it didn’t bother our 2 year old any. The breakfast selection was great! Lots of options for all ages, and some things you could take to go with you as well! Overall it was very clean, in a good area, and good hospitality. We would recommend and would stay again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property and room was clean. Pool was too cool for me personally, but my kids had no problem. Gym was nice. Room was spacious, clean, and cool. Breakfast was hot eggs, sausage, and then various continental items. It was nice and we'd stay again.

We stayed here because the Expedia ratings were so good. The room was trendy looking and clean. But housekeeping did not visit during our stay. The sheets did not fit the bed well, and we only had one blanket and one flat sheet for the sofa bed. We could constantly hear footsteps from above and from outside the door--the gap under the door must have been a full inch. Breakfast looked delicious, since it was advertised on the doors and in the elevator, but the only place that breakfast hours (6:30-9 M-F; 7-9 S-Su) were posted was in the lobby. Perhaps we bear some responsibility, but ultimately we were early on Day 1 and late on Day 2 and so missed it altogether. The pool area was nice. It is 3'9" at the deepest, which is nice for young kids. But it lacked a spa, and seating was limited. Overall, it's a nice hotel, but we probably would have done better elsewhere--saved $20 at Sleep Inn or enjoyed ourselves more at the Doubletree.

Hotel was overbooked, so when we arrived we were told that we wouldn't get the room we had reserved (3 kids would now be sleeping in 1 bed together). The man in line in front of me to check in was told the exact same story. Our bathroom was covered in black mold around the ceiling. No washcloths in the room and I overheard some one else at the checkout counter complaining that his room had no towels for his 3 day stay.
