Smoke alarm went off at about 4:00 am. Woke us up for sure. I believe my CPAP machine might have set it off. Turned machine off and alarm went off. Back to sleep. We had a death in the family so we arrived at 2:00 am 18th. We had made reservations for the night of the 18th but ended up paying for two nights. We were hoping for a refund for one night which we did not use.

We have stayed in this hotel numerous times since we make lots of trips to Bartlesville to see grandkids. The staff is always nice and the rooms are clean! Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location too.

Arrived late on Thanksgiving. Called ahead to make sure they knew we were still coming. Nice, clean hotel, but arrived with only 2 towels in the room, no soap in the room so we could shower. Had to retrieve from front desk along with sheets for the pull out couch. Although there were sheets on the couch bed, the looked like they had been there for a while. Mostly, our disappointment was with the room, 121.. right next to the lobby and breakfast area. TV blaring every day and night. Called to have it turned off all 3 nights after 11:00 because we could not go to sleep. Every morning woken up by a blaring tv before 7:00.. Our wall to where we slept backed up to the tv wall in the lobby. Crying baby from 6-8 the first morning. Waffle maker beeping. And because we were on a main floor..the amount of floor traffic, doors slamming... it was too much. When I spoke to the front desk at the end she mentioned that she would like to do something for us but that she was unable to reach her manager. She asked me to give her mgr a call the following day about being compensated for our stay. The manager kept talking about training opportunities for the staff but did not offer compensation. When I mentioned it she was very off putting with her comment and said...."oh, so that is why you are calling..., you want to be compensated" ...It was a frustrating call with lots of excuses. We still have not received notification of the compensation we were promised!

I booked a handicap accessible room. I am a leg amputee. The shower had hand rails but it was a tub....not shower chair or built in seating...so I was unable to access this. I have a scooter and was hard to get not the bathroom with it. We were on the 2nd floor at front hotel the street noise was constant. Then a family came in with small children late evening. They were all very loud and sounded like they were in the room with us. This room was definately in need of sound proofing. these things basically ruined nice get away week with my husband.

The woman working in the morning meal area was incredibly rude to my family due to our service animal, who was not anywhere near the food or even the area. We were on the other side of the lobby and she still yelled at us to keep our dog away from the food area. Wow. Not kind when the animal serves as a liscenced and legitimate service animal with papers showing.

I had a party of 5, 3 adults and 2 children (age 12 and 15) so I was very surprised that when I arrived my room only had two queen beds. Curious as to how that happened since when I booked I input the number of people I had and the ages of the children, and two queen beds is obviously not adequate to sleep 5 people. They would not allow a rollaway bed due to fire code, and had not other rooms large enough to accommodate our party. My 12 year old had to sleep on the floor which in my opinion is unacceptable since I feel I paid extra for the 5th person. The manage blamed hotels.com and essentially blamed me for not booking directly with Hampton. She says they often have issues with third party bookings and have no authority to change or refund those types of reservations.

Surprised our son and his family and enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday with them. Found Bartlesville to be an interesting and very pleasant community.
