I LOVED our room. It was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We only stayed one night and didn't get to try the breakfast. I have family in Ardmore and I will definitely be booking again.

Other family stayed in another room had A/c leaks and puddle of water in the room. Gym & pool were extremely small, with no hot tub working. Stayed in better Marriott hotels than this. Staffs were courteous. But facility itself doesn’t offer much.

We got there about 30 minutes before pool closed run up put our suits on and had about 10 minutes in the pool before we were kicked out. There were no towels in the pool area so I inquired with her about it. Was left dripping in the hall with the grandbabies while she found a towel. The bathtub in our room was badly rusted out so I didn't feel comfortable using it. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

This was my second stay in 2 months. The first room i was given had not been cleaned, i chose springhill again because i get my grandkids and they love to swim, but the pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. I wish that it was possible that properties could make third party sites aware. But I shouldve just called. I will say the check in and check out process was speedy and the staff were friendly.

The grounds were over grown and needed some love. The lobby seemed fine except for the crickets everywhere. The staff was loudly talking at the counter while we were trying to have breakfast with our 3 small children while they proceeded to cuss and make a scene. Our room had mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Bathroom door frame broken. Lights not working and a weird pee smell in the room.

Hotel was nice but the furniture was pretty dirty, inside the folding couch was trash from someone else and stained up. Cleaning service only came up once during the 4 nights we where there. As a family of 4 we go thru trash bags and towels pretty regularly. Had to catch cleaning crew in hallways just to get extra trash bags and towels.3rd floor ice machine didn't work so had to get ice on different floor. Overall the hotel was quit and friendly.

Once we checked in they gave me our keys. After getting our belongings and kids, we headed to our room. As we approached the room there was trash bags left outside the door. Once we opened the door, we noticed that the sheets were stacked on the bed waiting to be put on. The lady working apologized and got another room.
