The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was big and spacious for our family. The hotel was accommodating to request but when you book a suite for a family of 6, you would think they would have it stocked for such. Had to ask for extra blankets for the pull out couch, only had 2 towels in bathroom, and only had 1 coffee pod. The pool was ice cold. I know it’s summer but an indoor pool still needs to be warmed since it don’t get sun. Overall I would stay here again and recommend them.

We felt very safe and we loved the cleanliness the breakfast was very good, there was a lot of variety for children and adults and there was very good attention, we loved it.

I had booked a room for $185.90. On the day of check-in, we had an unexpected death in the family. This caused a change in travel. I reached out to the hotel, who advised me to reach out to Expedia since they hadn't received payment. I contacted Expedia as instructed. When Expedia contacted the hotel, they refused the refund or offer any type of resolution. I am not out the $185.90.

Had kids running around the room above us and jumping up and down off beds all night. Had to call front desk to address 3 times.
