We were in town for a bicycle conference. We had a wonderful experience and time at the hotel. The one issue we did have with my son's room, the manager (Stewart) handled well with great customer service. We would definitely stay here again if we come back into town for the bike Conference next summer, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a great place for your family to stay.

I read a lot of the reviews and was a lil nervous. I took a chance, and the overall experience was good. It was an hotel experience. Nothing bad to say. My children and I really enoyed the food. How convenient it was to the local stores and how close it was to our venue.

Our room had a smoky smell despite their claim that the whole floor was smoke-free, and the blinds were not retractable. There was no greeting at check-in (not even a "good morning" for the two mornings we were there) and we were not warned about the conditions of the room, and we were told to be unable to switch rooms. Their manager had to use clothes hangers to clip window blinds up to let sunlight in claiming that they were waiting for a rare part to be delivered for repair. On the second day, someone filed a noise complaint on us saying a kid was running around. Our girl is less than 2 years old weighing about 20 lbs or so and it was 7:30pm, we had to make her stay on the bed after that. There was no apologies or any effort to compensate for these short-comings. All in all it was a pretty bad experience, we have never left any bad reviews but we felt that we had to this time so visitors would know about these potential issues.

Property was great but room next to us had a barking dog all night and a toddler running around in the middle of the night, no sleep until 6am. Told front desk and the receptionist just looked at me!

Having read the mixed reviews on this location, I decided to book it based on hotel brand, sleeping space for our family and the location due to traveling home from our vacation. If there had been other simikiar & available options nearby, I would have booked that. The reviews with pictures of a half made beds, dirty and stained blankets and linens was also our experience. The spare blanket was messily folded, not in plastic bag, and in the closet, with hair and smelled of prior use. The carpet was stained and looked very dirty throughout the room. Breakfast was ready on time w good options. A plus! The staff were busy chatting to each other and didn't greet or smile at guests. For +$200 for a studio, I would say is over priced based on our experience. Seems a lot of corners are cut along w a staff who thinks something is better than nothing.

We got a room with one king and our kids were supposed to sleep on the pullout sofa. I could tell it hadn’t been serviced as soon as we took the couch cushions off, as there were pieces of food under the cushions. When I pulled the pullout out, the ENTIRE sheet was covered in a giant pee stain. Disgusting. If that wasn’t bad enough, one of our pillows had spots of blood on it. Unfortunately, I’m unable to post the photos with the review.

Buyer beware! Do not pay for this hotel up front if there is a possibility you may have to check out early. I have stayed here a few times when dealing with family issues and never had an issue before. Today I had to check out early to get home and they flat out REFUSED to refund me for this final night. Per Chloe "it's our policy not to refund with 3rd parties" Seriously? This is crappy customer service. You lost a good customer Too bad.
