Such a nice stay, everything was great. Staff was accommodating in helping with making sure we could stay in the same room when we had to add an additional night. Also sure nice with putting us in a room so the kids could look out the window. Just a awesome overall stay, the little details made it such a nice time.

My son and his family also stayed. We have stayed there before with no issues. We found the staff knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Our issue was as follows. The grandchildren love the pool but when we arrived and checked in we were notified the pool was not open If we were informed of this before check-in, we would have stayed at a different location. Posting on website would have sufficient Otherwise, nice stay.

We were very happy with our stay. Alyssa (or Elisa) at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She was able to get us in our room a bit early so we could get ready for a family wedding. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. The housekeeping staff were friendly and were hard workders. The breakfast in the morning was great. The breakfast bar had something for everyone! We will stay there again when we visit family in West Chester!

Started off with no one at front desk for approx 10 minutes...no biggie. Get to room and i have no blanket on my bed, again no biggie. Bathroom vent not working so ehen you shower with door closed the vapor is everywhere 🙃 Go to breakfast and there are a group of employees having inappropriate conversations with frequent profanities....while i am with my 2 young children....not okay with that at all.
